I got the cheats for all frames and all parts to work, and even with the Gamma II/Omega/Jack's runner, I can't beat the race with Trudge. I somehow managed to get passed that after a few efforts, but I have some bad news for you. There is a second race with that guy, even more difficult. Why did they have to put races in there? I'm afraid to tell that even the better D-wheeler you will not be able to win him unless you are really good at race games..... I practiced a lot until I figured out how the course was...then It was easy....If you don't get trapped by the obstacles and don't hit the borders too much you will easily take advantage of him.... It's the typical Japanese game, with situations that require 100 efforts in order to succeed. This is why I stopped playing Megaman.
