And treat him/her as a normal person, as if nothing went wrong. But I'll most likely start the conversation off by asking, "How have you been since the last time I've seen you? There must be a lot new with you. Tell me about your life =]]" Cause I'm just that nice~ And if he/she was long lost because of something traumatizing, then I'd keep quiet.
