Secret Rare Chaos Emperor Dragon goes from $40-50, and Heliopolis still sells for $10 from the pack, if not higher. (In fact a listing on eBay sold for $19.00 this morning, but I'm guessing some guy just got lucky). Shifting a CED for that amount is next to impossible, and Helio is certainly worth less than Dolkka, which is worthless.
