So I Go: The Story Of My Departure (a short story)

HORUS

Recommended Posts

So.....this is a d00d who has the powers to teleport through a solid wall (or in this case, floor), bring himself back to life (as seen by the lack of x's for eyes in the second-to-last picture), turn into Rayman, and fly to the stars?

Sounds like an awesome d00d to me.

Jetpack? Screw a jetpack, Jesus probably upgraded to rockets in his shoes back then.

For those who require help with understanding the story:

Scene 1: The character lies nonchalantly in bed.

Scene 2: He thinks about his friends, those he cares about, as stars in the sky. He feels good about these friends.

Scene 3: He realizes that his friends are disappearing around him for reasons such as his anti-social behaviour caused by depression and anxiety.

Scene 4: He becomes a friendless recluse, cut off from the outside world (that which is above ground)

Scene 5: He dies and feels good about it.

Scene 6: He is divided, in memories, amongst his friends.

Scene 7: He is happy to be rid of his depression and anxiety, and his friends have fond memories of him, so everyone is happy.
