That's what it consists from.

 

But trust me, Overload Fusion and Chain Material...it's just so...freaking epic.

 

Fusing all the monsters you had from your Deck, Grave, Hand, Field, litterally anywhere, into Chimeratech Overdragon with like 15,000 ATK and being able to attack like 18 times is hilarious.

 

But it can't attack and is destroyed during the End Phase - I just use My Body As a Shield to stop it from destrcution. xD

 

My Roids. Are Epic.

i beat a billy deck. i think i'm gonna drop water hazards for psuedo space, actually. the level reduction is so necessary all the time.

 

also, i realize in testing that its balls hard to make a level 8

translation, i made 5 level 5s.

 

thoughts on improvements/compensations?

Not entirely. I'd say maybe WC06 gives you worse, since you can only pick Structure Decks. But Dragon's Roar back then was F*CKING AWESOME.
