I own both "Respect Play" and "The Eye of Truth". I know their effects and they can help someone know if their opponent has Rasca and be able to lay the appropriate face-downs to prevent the OTK.

 

Also, FTK is only for your FIRST TURN. OTK is in ONE TURN. All FTKs are OTKs, but not all OTKs are FTKs.
