Nathanael D. Striker
@ X-L: The chance of Drawing the things needed are slim. Rasca needs two tributes to be summoned. That could be easy if you run a Special Summon deck, but I haven't seen those around. Under normal circumstances, it would take at least three turns to summon Rasca. Two to get enough monsters to tribute and the other one to summon it. During your opponents first turn they could set "The Eye of Truth" to use on your next turn and "Magic Jammer" to use if they find Sparks. The odds of your opponent having the cards within the first two turns are slim as well.

Blake
Let me put it like this- 40 cards. Put three of Each, to make sure you get it. 9/40. Those are not bad odds. Oh, and let's add... WE ARE SPEAKING HYPOTHETICALLY!

Nathanael D. Striker
With Zeo's post this is what it would stand as this. What are the odds of drawing four cards that you need to Summon Rasca the quickest, with one of them being terriforming which in Zeo's case would have three of them, when you have a 40 card deck and are able to have 6 cards in your hand at the begining of your turn? Also, 12/40 means you will get at least 1-2 cards you need. Oh, and Terraforming is OPTONAL DECK DRAIN. Add a Draw engine, like Upstart Goblin, with RAsca, and you win! And running Rasca, MotE, and Terra at 3 makes the odds incredibly high. Striker, stop. Please.
