Please note that I'm comparing the effects from the anime and not the effect on the card for One-Hundred Eyed Dragon.

[spoiler=Lore]1 non-Tuner monster - 1 Dark Tuner monster

In order to Special Summon this card, subtract the Level of a Dark Tuner monster from the Level of 1 other monster you control; the value must equal the Level of this card.

While this card is face-up on the field, this card gains the effect(s) of any DARK monster in your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, select 1 card from your Deck and add it to your hand.

 

[spoiler=Review]Where to begin. It uses any effect from any DARK monster in your Graveyard, unlike its irl counterpart which makes you remove from play the card you are taking the effect from. Also, this allows you to add any card from your deck to your hand. For its counterpart, its an Earthbound Immortal.

You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field, and destroy that card. If you negate an effect this way, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during the End Phase.

 

[spoiler=Review]This is the second time I have reviewed this card. Any card that destroys other cards gets negated if you tribute Stardust. That cancels out BRD and RDA. You can also Special Summon it if its still in the Graveyard at the End Phase.

 

 

[spoiler=My verdict]I never thought I would say this, but Stardust has proven to be weaker that One-Hundred Eyed Dragon. Remember, this is the case in the anime. Its a different story irl.

Actually, in the Anime, one actually would believe that One-Hundred Eye Dragon is stronger than Stardust. Because that was the one monster that was basically assraping Yusei.

 

Wiraqocha Rasca's anime effect could be used in a burn deck that ftks. Special 2 monsters activate future visions summon wiraqocha rasca decrease the opps lp to 1 then use sparks or something.

 

1. Activate Mausolem.

2. Pay 2000 for Wiraqocha Rasca.

3. Activate his effect.

4. Activate some random burn card.

5. Lol ridiculous amounts.

6. ?????

7. PROFIT

 

Problem' date=' you have to skip your battle phase to use the effect.
