For those of you unfamiliar with this deck type, PAC-MAN stands for Pure Advantage Camels Munch All Noobs and was created many years ago, prior to 2006. The basic strategy was to stall/burn your opponent to submission. It is throughly explained here. While some of the cards have either been limited or banned, I still think the deck type can work, albeit with a few changes. It may be a little slow for the meta, but then it never was a meta deck. Continously flipping that stealth bird, charging up his dumb wave motion cannon. Acitvating just deserts when i have a good swarm, and stalling with scrap iron scarecrows =.= May be more dangerous with starlight road protecting their annoying backrow.
