for the tails you're still gaining, you should modify that part

 

along with all the draw power, I feel this card doesn't have enough drawbacks to it

I like the effect though. It'll keep it from getting killed, but you'll take damage. But yeah, you should add a negative effect for the coin toss.

The coin effect (For people who might have misunderstood the effect: The coin effect activates when the monster is ATTACKED. That means, your opponent chooses when to toss the coin.

 

And Kato, i know that card exists. This card is the stronger counterpart of that card.
