Scatty
1 Tuner + 1 or more WATER non-Tuner Monsters.Once per turn, you can discard up to 2 cards to the Graveyard to destroy that number of target cards your opponent controls. Discuss what would happen if the summoning conditions would simply be "1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Monsters."
Rose
We would run this instead of our other level 7 synchros (Except Black Rose Dragon).
Scatty
Let's face it: Level 7 Synchros are the worse type of Synchros in the game (except Black Rose)
Rose
Not really. Level 2 and 4 are the worst :S.
Scatty
There is such thing as a Level 2 Synchro?! *checks* Nope. And also, "Fabled" cards are not that bad, they are simply underpowered. And Armory Arm can be made useful.
Rose
I lied. Level 3 and 4 sorry :S.True, but level 7 synchros have better use them then, with higher attack aswell. Armory Arm just makes me think you might aswell run instead of the tuner and non-tuner axe of depair and fairy meteor crush and even then thats going way too far. Rose
Agreed. Besides, this card is still abuseable. There are alot of decks that do run water monster and we do want less genetic synchros in the game. So is kinda in the right direction.Kinda. Sephiroth_The_Legend
it would become Staple and be worth like $50 a pop. still, fun in Water decks, and Ab0 versions.....
Guest JoshIcy
Practically the ace card in dedicated IB decks. But I dont like the loss of hand advantage for a "Destroy" >_<"...
Rose
But Icy, this card can get under Starlight Road, which is awesome.Besides, i don't want to see another Brionic. Do you?

Its just like Brio. only use it for the OTK Gungnir is much weaker than brio. But the summoning conditions are the only reason for that.

Archelaus
It's in Tag Force 4, and it says 1 Tuner + 1 or more WATER non-Tuner monsters. Not sure if it'll stay the same.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
should remain with just water tuners...if not, it becomes another Generic Synchro Staple... not something we need.
Coffee Black
<3 the fact that Generic=Bad. hahahahahahahahaha
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Brilliant card is Brilliant, even with the restrictions. It would be over-used like all the other generics if it were easier to summon.
burnpsy
Let's face it: Level 7 Synchros are the worse type of Synchros in the game (except Black Rose) Completely off' date=' plus you forgot DSF. LV7 tends to have more of a focus on [i']specialized[/i] Synchros than anything, really.
Dark_Armed_Zombie
Last I checked, 1-4-1 removal was good... seriously, this thing is Soul Taker/MST on steriods and allows you discard any card to the grave to destroy. Conclusion: This card is pimp. Period.targetstargetstargetstargetstargetstargetstargets >_> To be honest, I'm sort of glad they are making a bunch more cards that are good and target, the cards that are immune to targeting effects are actually becoming viable. daboss144
Coleacanth makes this card uber-yummy, but as far as usefulness goes, this will see about as much play as Trident Dragon (not much)
Dark_Armed_Zombie
Unless you play Snow+Debris where this is apparently pimp beyond belief. Luxord made the deck. Though that's the old deck, this was his latest
Dark_Armed_Zombie
I'm still confused at why this is considered bad when it's a +0 everytime and Brionac is considered good when it's atleast a -1 everytime. Both push for game fairly easily and, ignoring the summoning conditions (the WATER monster), Gungnir is just as easy to summon. Seriously, how much is this fundamentally different from Brionac? Copyrighted the first Debris-Snowman build on here, too.
Dark_Armed_Zombie
Brio targetsThe effect of “Brionac' date=' Dragon of the Ice Barrier” targets a number of cards equal to the number of cards that you discarded to the Graveyard.[1'] So that's not any different, Brio doesn't send to the grave, it returns to the hand (which does get around SDD) so it's usually a -1. I have to give you the first two, but how does that make it bad? All I see is fairness and a limitation Brio should have had. Btw, I praise your Debu-Snow
