You have the OPTION of negating cards that TARGET Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon. Cards that do not target you cannot choose to negate. evilfusion Posted June 24, 2010 Report Share Posted June 24, 2010 No, it's unaffected by effects that TARGET. There is a very strong distinction between "all effects" and "targetting effects". Blue Eyes Shining just isn't worth the effort of summoning. It's too hard to summon and the protection effect isn't enough to make it worthwhile. The ATK boost is meh. I prefer Red Eyes Darkness because it's MUCH easier to summon and its ATK will be almost as good as Shining's could be, just 600 less. If you managed to summon a Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, you should not be tributing it for this. You should be killing your opponent. I rather fuse 3 Blue Eyes, attack, then use De-Fusion than fuse 3 Blue Eyes and tribute it for this. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

TylerWaugh54 Posted June 24, 2010 Report Share Posted June 24, 2010 While I admit that this is a very powerful card Im sure that there are many cards that surpass this such as RedEyes Darkness Dragon.You can equip it with Dragons Treasure to make it's attack power even bigger.
