Yeah, so... Here we go! I don't like it; I think I didn't do as well as I could have, but feel free to take a look! I was gonna do a poem, but... No. EDITED: I just changed ATK from 3500 to 4000. I figure that 4000 ATK is fine for RFP'ing 5 cards per turn... Meh.

lore

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Removing from play 1 "Judgment Dragon" and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard when there are at least 4 "Lightsworn" monsters in your Graveyard. The Special Summon of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Summoned, remove from play all other cards you control. You can remove from play 2 cards from your hand or Graveyard and pay 800 Life Points to remove from play all cards your opponent controls. This effect cannot be negated. When this card attacks your opponent directly, they must remove from play 1 random card in their hand. If they have no cards in their hand, they must remove from play the top card of their Deck instead. When your opponent draws a card, they must discard 1 card from their hand. During each of your End Phases, remove from play the top 5 cards of your Deck and inflict 800 Damage to your Life Points.

Overpowered?

Intermediate to Summon But it removes from play all other cards you control.

Remove from play your opponent's field RFP two cards from your hand/grave and -800 LP. Easy to be countered with RFADD, so...

-1 from their hand when attacked directly & -1 when they draw RFP top 5 cards of your deck and pay 800 LP EACH turn...

Which specific part do you find OP?

"You can remove from play 2 cards from your hand or Graveyard and pay 800 Life Points to remove from play all cards your opponent controls."

If you know this card has 4000 Life Points and you can still have 4 other monsters on your side of the field...

I don't say this often but that pic is epic... but the effect is a little OP'd even with summoning conditions, activation costs of its effects, and maintanence costs. Maybe Require 4 lightsworns and 4 dark monsters in graveyard and RFP Judgement Dragon and a level 5 or higher DARK monster? This card is just too good... 8/10

OP? Okay, understandable. RIDICULOUSLY OP? No...

It's a card that RFP's the top 5 of your deck and requires 800 LP each turn, can't be summoned unless the conditions for JD had been met, + removing JD and a DARK monster, takes removing 2 cards and paying 800 to remove your opponent's field rather than destroying and paying 1000, and makes your opponent RFP 1 card when attacked directly. The only thing I see not having a really big drawback would be that your opponent must discard a card whenever they draw, keeping their hand at the same number, and if they have 1 card from that draw, putting them on hand lockdown.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, that draw 1 discard 1 effect actually helps infernities. XD

Here're my 2 pennies.

[spoiler=Damnation Dragon]

[spoiler=Name and Picture]

Great picture. Note however with the name that if it's a DARK counterpart, it should be Dark Judgment Dragon, Dark Judgment, or Judgment Dark Dragon as per other DARK counterparts.

[spoiler=Official Card Grammar]

-This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Removing from play 1 "Judgment Dragon" and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard when there are at least 4 "Lightsworn" monsters in your Graveyard. = This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 "Judgment Dragon" and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard while having 4 or more "Lightsworn" monsters in your Graveyard."

-No comma preceeds "except by" in "Nomi" Summoning conditions.

-You've capitalized the "R" in this particular instance of "removing from play".

-Reworded "when there are at least 4 "Lightsworn" monsters in your Graveyard" to "while having 4 or more "Lightsworn" monsters in your Graveyard." referencing the original Judgment Dragon.

"inflict 800 Damage to your Life Points." in the final sentence should be "take 800 damage."

[spoiler=Balance]

First I'd like to remind you that the original "Judgment Dragon" itself is already overpowered beyond the point of ridicule and should never have seen the light of day. This is basically "Judgment Dragon", so the same story, with a small addition to the original Summoning condition in exchange for heavily supercharging it, when it already had the power of "Judgment Dragon".

You can remove from play 2 cards from your hand or Graveyard and pay 800 Life Points to remove from play all cards your opponent controls.

The "or Graveyard" part is on a whole different proportion to removing 2 cards from your hand. The controller will almost certainly have 2 spare Spell or Traps to remove at no expense to themselves whatsoever.

Even worse is that this card's Summon and nuke effect can't be negated, leaving your opponent at the mercy of 4000 ATK + whatever resources you have in your hand no matter what.

Remove from play your opponent's field RFP two cards from your hand/grave and -800 LP. Easy to be countered with RFADD, so...

The RftDD would already have been removed by the nuke, or are you advocating chaining it for an autoloss when the resulting monsters get nuked along with it, they've already lost half their Life Points, and then they take 4000? >_>

Intermediate to Summon But it removes from play all other cards you control.

So? It removes from play all cards your opponent controls, removes from play cards from their hand, nullifies their draw, oh, and has them taking a guaranteed 4000 damage+ because its Summon and nuke can't be negated and you can still pile on whatever you have in your hand. And you think that these random 800 LP costs balance this? The cost-benefit ratio is totally disproportionate.

But then again, these days it's hardly unrealistic seeing as how ridiculously broken the game already is with Frog FTK, Sabers, and Infernities at the top, but this would do nothing to salvage it. =/

[spoiler=Design]

If this's actually a DARK counterpart, it should share JD's ATK, DEF, and Level.

[spoiler=Details]

A card cannot legitimately have no Set ID, so you should give it one. A good Set ID has a 4-character prefix and "EN" to start the suffix followed by 3 characters, almost always numbers.
