CommanderVolt
Banish 1 card from your hand; during this Duel, neither player can activate cards with the same name as that card. Seems neat. Discuss.

Wildflame
Mirror match much? It kind of kills your deck if you pick an important card.
evilfusion
What the...? I honestly can't think of any situation you'd actually want to use something like this. You need to have a card in your hand you won't mind banishing, and both players can't activate that card. They can still Summon it and attack if it was a monster, but they can't activate its effects and neither can you. It's a cool concept, but it's ridiculously conditional. newhat
The idea is that you do something and THEN forbid it (e.g. Spellbook of Secrets, search for another one with Judgment Day, and banish it on your opponent's Draw Phase). Too bad it does nothing to Judgment Day.
