I say a ton because his ATK and DEF aren't posted here. And then, SS the equipped card and attack with it. A little bit of overkill, if you ask me. Machina Force, BAM! 4000 ATK boost out of now where. Stoic Challenge, yata yata yata.... And then equipping another card the next turn. This can stack too far, to easily. Also, seeing as this is a -1 to summon at best, requires a specific (unsearchable) card and Effect Veiler/Breakthrough Skill make the mon fall off... And even then, it's because they've got enough space to use it, and will get rid of it as soon as something better rolls along. It's stll inconsitent to draw it. It's not a good card, by any means, even as a RUM card, it's not good. Why would you waste RUM on this when you could use it to make better stuff instead. It's only gimmick i that it makes CXyz. Who are with like two exceptions crap. The issue with it is: this things generic form sucks, which means using this to full effect requires you to skip over better Xyz like 101 or the field nuke, or Maestroke, or ect ect. Then there's the fact that as a RUM target, there's better things to make on top of this: C39-V in particular? Which like the this only requires wo level 4's. Hell if I wanted an Instant beater I'd summon Victory whose got inbuilt protection, and can hit over anything without needing to go -1. This card is outclassed. So, one would have to write a review based on how they play when they are actually played. If you are running CXyz and RUM in a tournament, you're doing it wrong. Although, Xyz aren't my thing, so. The best RUM tactic I'm aware of is using Limited Barian's Force on any Rank 4 to Summon out the Rank 5 Number C's. If by some divine intervention RUMs get an awesomesauce searcher to make them more consistent, Barian's Force would still be majorly outclassed by Limited, Numeron and possibly Argent, due to having better targets.
