Description: All face-up monsters your opponent controls lose 1000 DEF. Destroy all face-up Level 6 or lower monsters. At the start of your Main Phase 1: You can search your Deck for 2 cards, reveal them to your opponent, and Set them, then it becomes the End Phase of your turn.

Getting to business.

I'm not certain of cards with oddball timings like "every fifth turn..." "every third turn..." etc. because I find it particularly difficult to track it. Perhaps change this to a "when this card is Normal Summoned" condition or the like?

 

[spoiler Order of Chaos]Once activated, All face-up monsters cards on your opponent controls field lose 1000 DEF. points. Any card Destroy all face-up Level 6 or lower monsters less is destroyed. At the start of your Main Phase 1: Draw 2 cards from You can search your Deck for 2 cards, and show reveal them to your opponent, then place them face-down on your field and end your turn and Set them, then it becomes the End Phase of your turn.[/spoiler]

The last effect really irks me. First off, you have no activation timing and restriction for it. Next, you allow the player free access to any card in their Deck and place it straight onto the field. Not just the hand. Directly onto the field. Which basically means they can Set any Traps they want, or Special Summon any non-Nomi monster they want. Which is why I've forcibly added the restriction that you can only do so at the start of your Main Phase 1, meaning you forgo every other action you can possibly do for the free Set 2 from the Deck effect.

 

[spoiler Pagareez]This card Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. but you can Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) this card by sacrificing sending the top 12 cards from of your Deck to the Graveyard. This card increases the ATK of every All face-up WATER attribute monsters on both fields by gain 900 ATK.[/spoiler]

Alright, I'm milling 12 cards for this, so it'd better be worth the cost. I get... a super Star Boy?

 

Now, I've realized that your card lore is still highly unpolished. I'd like you to read this thread to get the hang of card lore. You only draw cards from your Deck when you take the top card(s) and put it into your hand, while if your effects have a certain criteria, it becomes adding from Deck to hand, since one would need to search their Deck to confirm that the card satisfies the condition. Similarly, any Tributes are normally from the field (and in rare cases, the hand), but never from the Deck.
