Either right before that or right after it, Stardust Spark Dragon was the next Manga Promo for 5D's. Then Jeweled Red Dragon Archfiend was the next one. When you do: The controller draws 1 card, also the controller's opponent gains 2000 Life Points. You can only use this effect of "Silent Wobbe" once per turn.
