During either player's turn, when a Spell Card, Trap Card, or monster effect is activated that includes an effect that Special Summons a monster(s) while you have a "Shaddoll" card in your hand: You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that monster, then send 1 "Shaddoll" card from your hand to the Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "El Shaddoll Devekuthan" once per turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard; add it to your hand.

Just made this on a whim, and I can't say it's the most creative card ever, but I'm posting it anyway.

Basically, a walking Solemn Warning following the traits of Shekhinaga and Egrystal. In addition to countering or at least disrupting Ritual-based decks as Anoyatilis already does, unlike the latter it is also intended to be appealing, if not crucial, option for the mirror. Those decks aside, it should be handy against decks with the occasional Special Summoning effect, and, like Warning, it can stop cards that include a Special Summon effect but are not necessarily using it, such as Macro Cosmos and Starlight Road.

 

Flavorwise, this card would be from an alternate DT storyline where Trishula was Shaddollified before it defeated Shekhinaga by freezing her, and thus El Shadoll Anoyatyllis was never formed, drastically altering the course of some important events compared to the original storyline.

 

Trivia: Name is intended to come from the combination of Devekut and Leviathan, the latter being a monster mentioned in Hebrew mythos.
