Let's add in some of the Major Arcana that weren't used.

 

Arcana Force XX - Judgment

Level 8 | LIGHT | Fairy | Effect

3000/3000

When this card is Summoned: Toss a coin and apply this effect. The effect lasts while this card is face-up on the field.

• Heads: Up to twice per turn, during either player's turn, if a card or effect is activated: You can negate that effect, and if you do, destroy it.

• Tails: Negate the effects of all other monsters you control.

Giving archetypes things they actually want. A problem I continually notice in this thread is archetypes getting cards that are out-of-theme, or that don't contribute to their archetype at all in a meaningful way. Or worse, misreading the archetype's name and designing for the wrong archetype. We're not Konami, guys, we can make support that actually helps an old Deck's intended playstyle. Anyway . . .

Cannot be used as Xyz Material. If you control a face-up "Resonator" monster, you can Special Summon this monster from your hand. Once per turn, you can target 1 "Red" or "Resonator" monster you control, and activate 1 of the following effects:

●Increase that target's Level by an amount up to the number of Fiend-Type monsters you control.

●Decrease that target's Level by an amount up to the number of Fiend-Type monsters you control.

 

Making Synchro spam with Jack's archetypes that much easier.

You can only control 1 "Bountiful Winds".

Aroma Heavy Fragrance

You can only activate the (1) effect of "Aroma Heavy Fragrance" once per turn. (1) You can Special Summon 1 "Aroma" monster from your hand or Graveyard. (2) If you gain LP due to an "Aroma" card effect: You can target 1 face-up card on the field; negate its effects.

 

(I suppose this gives you added revival/summoning and deals with certain cards)

 

Lightray Emperor Dragon

Level 8 | LIGHT | Dragon | Effect

3000/2500

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned from your hand while you have 6 or more LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn: You can banish up to 4 LIGHT monsters from your Graveyard; banish an equal number of cards your opponent controls or in their Graveyard, then your opponent takes 400 damage for every card banished by this effect. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. You can only control 1 "Lightray Emperor Dragon". 

 

(Yeah, this is what happens when you try to make a Lightray out of a card that got banned)

Off-topic: To be fair, Fairy Tails are actually based on fairytales from the 1500s and earlier or something (which Disney modernized; bar Kaguya because of its nature). But hey, not arguing with something that makes Pacific Islander stories relevant.

 

(Just a note that all the existing members are mammals, but trying to remember what animals in Pacific mythology are mammals that haven't already been done [outside pigs, which doesn't really work])

If you control 2 or more "HERO" monsters with different names, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Summoned: Destroy all Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls. If this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 "HERO" monster from your Graveyard, ignoring Summoning conditions.

 

(So yeah, free SS if you can swarm and can return a dead Extra Deck boss to the field)

Well, this can plus pretty hard off the newer Seraphs [Chair/Stick/Scales] if you go 3 mat, but at the same time, it's a little easier to make if you can't go 3 mat, but you don't get benefits off of it. Flavor-wise, Durbe/Merag would have field days with this and 103; this weakens the opponent to zero, and 103 can kill them easily and/or burn in Chaos form. Also lets you make C102 a bit easier, if that's even worth it (you also can make Satellardiamond if you wanted). I wanted to make it summon Rank 6 and under, but then we have Infinity to contend with and M7. (There is S39, yes, but outside of Armades clause, it's stuck at 2500 ATK)

 

(You can take stabs at what this card's Number would imply. I couldn't fit it into the Astral Numbers, so...pushing it to over-107)

To make Galaxy Stealth Dragon worth use in actual Galaxy Decks, and to make Ciphers more consistent. Bam.
