2 “Shaddoll” monsters with different Attributes
Must first be Special Summoned by a Fusion Summon. You can only use this card name’s (1) and (3) effects once per turn each.
(1) If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 face-up card; negate its effects.
(2) Cannot be destroyed by battle.
(3) If this card is sent to the GY: You can add 1 “Shaddoll” card from your Deck or GY to your hand, then discard 1 card.

You can only use either this card name’s (1) or (2) effect per turn, and only once that turn.
(1) FLIP: You can target 1 of your banished “Shaddoll” monsters; Special Summon it in either face-up or face-down Defense Position.
(2) If this card is sent to the GY by a card effect: You can target up to 3 cards in the GY(s); banish them.

Not very good imo however

 

The Fusion is cumbersome to summon and using an existing fusion to summon it means you already have your fusion card.

If it were an IF target it would be amazing

 

The MD monster needed to be a tele target

My first thought too.  Sending it directly from Extra to GY provides much more value overall than summoning it conventionally.

Considering the MD monster's effect, is there any chance that Shaddoll will get an in-archetype Miracle Fusion? There isn't another in-archetype means of banishing the 'Dolls, is there?

nope, but you'll probably run allure at least so i think ariel, particularly as a non-dark shaddoll monster, is useful enough to see play. 

also, just noticed that ariel takes slot 3 in the deck and construct, winda, and apkalone are the cover cards. does this mean they'll be noel versions of construct and winda in the main deck?

Probaby a bit too costly, but Gale Dogra could allow you to pitch 2 Shaddoll fusion monsters, the new one and an old one, to search a Shaddoll card with the new fusion's effect, then add back a Shaddoll Spell/Trap with the second one. 

Edit: Just watche DPYGOs vid. Nephe Shaddoll Fusion allows you to change the attribute of a monster it is equipped to, so it can make summoning the new fusion easier. Also the idea of more main deck monsters of each attribute is nice.

I noticed on the box that were getting potentially a alt art El Shaddoll Winda.

The Fusion is alright being able to search while discarding a Shaddoll monster to trigger its effects. Noelshaddol Ariel effects more so require you to have a banish shaddolls for its flip effect but its discard does enable you to banish cards from your opponents GY.

Considering Nephe Shaddoll Fusion changes attributes, I'm sure people who want max rarity are likely going to go for the secrets as they're cheap enough atm.

OR you can pitch a Danger if you want to go down that route.

You can always use the Link Shaddoll Construct if you want to get a non-DARK Shaddoll easily.

I guess there might be more non-DARK "Noelshaddoll"s to go with it as well. Like a WIND Gusto, FIRE Laval, EARTH Gem-Knight.
