You can only control 1 "Bolt Bot Blackdox". Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can choose 1 zone occupied by a Link Monster; destroy as many monsters as possible that are in zones the Link Monster in the chosen zone is pointing to, then destroy that Link Monster, also, after that, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card a Link Monster on the field points to. Once per turn, During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): Draw cards equal to the number of cards that a Link Monster points to.

Pendulum Effect: Link Monsters your opponent controls cannot activate their effects. Once per turn, when a card or effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can discard 1 card; negate the activation, and if you do, target 1 Spell in your GY; add that target to your hand. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can send this Face-up card from your Pendulum Zone to the GY, and if you do, add a "Bolt Bot" Spell/Trap card from your Deck to your hand.

Monster Effect: If you control a "Bolt Bot" Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Bolt Bot Unity Lady" once per turn this way. Once per turn, if this card is either in your hand, on the field or Face-up Extra Deck; You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone. If this card in the Pendulum Zone is destroyed and sent to the GY: You can target as many "Bolt Bot" monsters in you GY as possible, and if you do, Special Summon them, and if you do that, you can place up to 2 Pendulum monsters from your Deck or Face-up Extra Deck in the Pendulum Zone.

If you control a "Bolt Bot" Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Bolt Bot Photon Phantom" once per turn this way. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card, then target 1 "Bolt Bot" Spell/Trap Card in your GY add it to your hand. If this card is sent to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 "Bolt Bot" Monster from your Deck. During your End Phase, if you control no Spell or Trap Cards, you can Special Summon this card from your GY in Defense Position. You can only use each effect of "Bolt Bot Photon Phantom" once per turn.

If you control a "Bolt Bot" Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Bolt Bot Mecha Todoroki" once per turn this way. While face-up on the field, this card is also FIRE-Attribute. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 WATER and FIRE Monster in your GY; Special Summon them. If this card is sent to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 WATER or FIRE Monster from your Extra Deck. WATER and FIRE Monsters you control; cannot be targeted for attacks or by card effects, except this one.

When this card is summoned, special summon a “bolt bot” monster from your GY if you do destroy all trap cards your opponent controls if you do pick 1 random card in your opponents hand discard the card if it was a monster card banish it instead.

You can only control 1 "Bolt Bot Rock D Golem". If you control a "Bolt Bot" Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Bolt Bot Rock D Golem" once per turn this way. Once per Chain, When your opponent activates cards or effects (Quick Effect): You can make this card lose exactly 500 ATK/DEF, and if you do, negate the activation. If this card is sent to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 "Bolt Bot" monster from your Deck, except "Bolt Bot Rock D Golem".

If you control a "Bolt Bot" Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Bolt Bot Rock D Mecha Sheriff" once per turn this way. After damage calculation, if this card attacked an opponent's monster: Draw 1 card, change that that opponent's monster to face-down Defense Position, then end the Battle Phase. If this card is sent to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 "Bolt Bot" monster from your Deck, except "Bolt Bot Rock D Mecha Sheriff".

If you control a "Bolt Bot" Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Bolt Bot Rock D Gun Division" once per turn this way.  Once per turn, at the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster: You can banish that opponent's monster, face-down. If this card is sent to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 "Bolt Bot" monster from your Deck, except "Bolt Bot Rock D Gun Division".

If you control a "Bolt Bot" Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Bolt Bot Rock D Samurai" once per turn this way. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the GY: Draw 2 cards, you cannot draw cards by card effects for the rest of this turn after this effect resolves. If this card is sent to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 "Bolt Bot" monster from your Deck, except "Bolt Bot Rock D Samurai".

If you control a "Bolt Bot" Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Bolt Bot Rock D Cured" once per turn this way. Once per turn, if a monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect (Quick Effect): You gain LP x 200 for each Monster in your GY, also you can target 1 monster in your GY; Special Summon it. If this card is sent to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 "Bolt Bot" monster from your Deck, except "Bolt Bot Rock D Cured".

Pendulum Effect: Link Monsters your opponent controls cannot activate their effects. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Spell, send it to the GY, otherwise place it on the bottom of your Deck. During the Main Phase of your next turn, you can activate the effect of that Spell in your GY (even if you no longer control this face-up card). During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can place 1 "Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude" from your hand, Deck or GY to the Spell/Trap Zone also that card cannot be destroyed or banished while this card is in the Pendulum Zone. 

Monster Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned from the Pendulum Zone by its own effect. You can Special Summon from your (from your hand) or Pendulum Zone if you control a "Bolt Bot Unity Lady" or "Bolt Bot Unity Ultimate Lady" in your Monster Zone. Spell Cards, and their effects on your field, cannot be negated. While you control a "Bolt Bot Unity Lady" or "Bolt Bot Unity Ultimate Lady" on the field this card gains 400 ATK. Neither player can Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck while this card is face-up on the field, except Cyberse or Machine monsters.

Pendulum Effect: Link Monsters your opponent controls cannot activate their effects. Pendulum Monsters in the Pendulum and Monsters Zones cannot have their effects negated. Any effect you would receive is applied to the other player instead. All "Bolt Bot" cards on the field cannot have their effects negated.

Monster Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned from the Pendulum Zone by its own effect. You can Special Summon from your (from your hand) or Pendulum Zone if you control a "Bolt Bot Unity Lady" or "Bolt Bot Unity Ultimate Lady" in your Monster Zone. While this card is the Monster Zone monsters on the field cannot activate their effects, expect Pendulum Monsters. While you control a "Bolt Bot Unity Lady" or "Bolt Bot Unity Ultimate Lady" on the field this card gains 400 ATK. Neither player can Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck while this card is face-up on the field, except Cyberse or Machine monsters.

Pendulum Effect: Link Monsters your opponent controls cannot activate their effects. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon 1 Link Monster from your Extra Deck by sending any number of cards from the top of your Deck to the GY depending on how many monsters listed for that Monsters Summon (This is treated as a Link Summon.) During the End Phase (Quick Effect): You can shuffle any number of cards that are banished or in your GY into the Deck.

Monster Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned from the Pendulum Zone by its own effect. You can Special Summon from your (from your hand) or Pendulum Zone if you control a "Bolt Bot Unity Lady" or "Bolt Bot Unity Ultimate Lady" in your Monster Zone. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target up to 3 cards your opponent controls; destroy them. While you control a "Bolt Bot Unity Lady" or "Bolt Bot Unity Ultimate Lady" on the field this card gains 400 ATK. Neither player can Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck while this card is face-up on the field, except Cyberse or Machine monsters.

Pendulum Effect: Link Monsters your opponent controls cannot activate their effects. While this card is in the Pendulum Zone its effects cannot be negated and destroyed. If your opponent cards or effects that negate the effects of your face-up monsters and/or cards your opponent monsters and/or cards are negated instead. (Quick Effect): You can activate 1 of these effects.
● You can target 1 face-up Link monster your opponent controls; place that target in your Spell/Trap Zone if that face-up card would leave the field, banish it instead.
● You can target 1 face-up monster on your opponent's field; change that target to face-down Defense Position.
● You can target 1 face-up monster on your opponent's field; that target's effects are negated including in the GY.

Monster Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned from the Pendulum Zone by its own effect. You can Special Summon from your (from your hand) or Pendulum Zone if you control a "Bolt Bot Unity Lady" or "Bolt Bot Unity Ultimate Lady" in your Monster Zone. While this card is the Monster Zone Spell/Trap Cards, and their effects on the field, cannot be activated, expect Field Spells. Negate all Spell/Trap effects on the field, expect Field Spells. While you control a "Bolt Bot Unity Lady" or "Bolt Bot Unity Ultimate Lady" on the field this card gains 400 ATK. Neither player can Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck while this card is face-up on the field, except Cyberse or Machine monsters.

Pendulum Effect: Link Monsters your opponent controls cannot activate their effects. If you control no monsters, you can activate this effect; you can make your opponent shuffle all monsters from their field, and in the GY into their Deck so they control the same number of cards as you do. Once per turn, when a card or effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can send 1 card from the top of your Deck to the GY; negate the activation, and if you do, target 1 card in your GY; add that target to your hand. If this card is in the Pendulum Zone while control no monsters, skip your opponent's Battle Phase this turn, also you take no battle damage from attacks this turn if you where attacked gain LP equal to the damage you would have took this turn.

Monster Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) or the Pendulum Zone by its own effect. You can Special Summon from your (from your hand) or Pendulum Zone if a "Bolt Bot Unity Lady" you control is destroyed in either the Pendulum or Monster Zone. While this card is in the Monster Zone Neither player can target this card with monster effects, also cannot be destroyed by monster effects. Once per turn, at the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster: You can shuffle that opponent's monster, into their Deck. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the GY: You can look at their hand and shuffle up to 3 cards in their hand into the Deck. This card can also make an attack during your opponent's Battle Phase. This card can make up to 2 attacks on monsters during either players Battle Phase.

3 "Bolt Bot" monsters with different names

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards you control and/or from your Deck or GY. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Neither player can Tribute cards. Your opponent cannot target or destroy this card with card effects. Each time, your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) you can make your opponent reveal that monster then look at it then you can banish it otherwise, send that monster(s) to the Deck. Your opponent can negate this effect by banishing 5 cards from the top of their Deck, face-down or all cards on their field if they have 5+ monsters with different names. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls, once each.

3 "Bolt Bot" monsters with different names

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards you control and/or from your Deck or GY. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Neither player can Tribute cards. Your opponent cannot target or destroy this card with card effects. Each time, your opponent activates a card or effect you can negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card, and if you do that, look at your opponent's Set Spells and Traps then banish them, after that your opponent activate Spells or Traps they cannot Set them either until their next turn. 

3+ "Bolt Bot" monsters with different names

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards you control and/or from your Deck or GY. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Neither player can Tribute cards. Your opponent cannot target or destroy this card with card effects. This card can attack while in face-up Defense Position. If it does, apply its ATK for damage calculation. If this card is Fusion Summoned, you can: Apply these effects, in sequence, depending on the number of Fusion Materials with different names used for this card's Summon;
● 3+: Target 1 face-up monster on the field; change that target to face-down Defense Position.
● 6+: Target 1 face-up monster on the field; equip that target to this card (max. 1). This card gains the effects of that monster equipped to it by this effect.
● 9+: Draw 3 cards, then discard 1.
● 12+: Banish all cards in your opponent's GY. 

2 Level 4 monsters

Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; it loses 400 ATK/DEF and it has its effects negated. Once per turn, during your next Main Phase after this card was sent to the GY: Special Summon this card from the GY (If it wasn't used as material).

4 Level 4 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster you control as material, except "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin - Yellow". Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; change that target to face-down Defense Position. This card can attack while in face-up Defense Position. If it does, apply its ATK for damage calculation. 

3 Level 5 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster you control as material, except "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin - Red". Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; this card gains ATK equal to the combined original ATK of the targeted monster, then, if this card has a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster as material, Cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage.

5 Level 5 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster you control as material, except "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin - Green". Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; shuffle that target into the Deck, then, if this card has a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster as material, it can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn. After damage calculation, if this card attacked an opponent's monster: Negate the effects of that monster including in the GY. 

4 Level 6 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster you control as material, except "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin - Black". Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; this card gains the effects of that target, then, if this card has a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster as material, this card becomes unaffected by other cards' effects.

2 non-Xyz monsters

If this card is Link Summoned: You can Speical Summon 1 "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster by using this card and 1 "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin"  Xyz Monster as you control as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer the equipped Monster's materials to the Summoned monster.) While this card is attached to an Xyz Monster as material (This card is treated as an Xyz Monster.) Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 "Voltron" Monster in your GY; Special Summon it. 

1 "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" or "Galaxy" Xyz monster

If this card is Link Summoned: You can target 1 "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" or "Galaxy" monster in your GY; Special Summon it. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can discard 1 card, then target 1 card on the field; banish it. During your turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 "Bolt Bot" or "Galaxy" Spell/Trap Card in your GY add it to your hand. All face-up "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" or "Galaxy"Xyz monsters this card points to gains 1000 ATK, also they cannot be by card effects, also your opponent cannot target them with card effects.

Must be Xyz Summon (from your Extra Deck) by using 5+ "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monsters you control as material and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. (Transfer its materials to this card.) This card gains ATK/DEF equal to half the original ATK/DEF of the Xyz Monsters used as Material to Xyz Summon it. While face-up on the field, this card is also DARK, EARTH, WATER, FIRE, and WIND-Attribute. This card can attack your opponent directly, but when it does so using this effect, the battle damage inflicted to your opponent is halved. If your opponent activates cards or effects: You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. This card is destroyed during the 2nd End Phase.

2 Level 10 "Bolt Bot" monsters

At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles a Link Monster: You can banish that opponent's monster, face-down. Once per turn, you can also Xyz Summon "Bolt Bot Unity Team" by using a "Bolt Bot" monster you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) You can detach 1 material from this card; Then return 1 "Bolt Bot" Monster from your GY to the Deck, then Special Summon 1 "Bolt Bot" Xyz monster from your Extra Deck, by using this card you control as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer this card’s materials to the Summoned monster.)

2+ "Bolt Bot" monsters

You can activate 1 of these effects depending on the number of cards this card points to or if this card is co-linked to any number of Link Monsters then apply these effects, in sequence depending on the number of Co-linked Monsters.
● 1 or more: Draw 1 card
● 2 or more: Target up to 2 Spells/Traps on the field; destroy them.
● 3 or more: You can declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap); reveal the top card of your opponent's Deck, and if you do, banish a card of that type.
● 4: Special Summon 1 Link Monster from your Extra Deck (This is treated as a Link Summon.)

2+ Effect monsters

This card's effects cannot be negated by your opponent's card or effects but your opponent can still activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation. You can activate 1 of these effects depending on the number of Monsters this card points or Co-linked to.
● 1 or more: Special Summon 1 FIRE Monster from your Deck or Extra Deck, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except "Bolt Bot" monsters.
● 2 or more: Special Summon from your GY as many "Bolt Bot" monsters as possible.
● 3 or more: For the rest of the Duel You can place monsters that would Normally be placed in the Extra Monster Zone to your Main Monster Zone, expect Link Monsters.
● 4: Target as many Link-5 monsters your opponent controls as possible; return them to the Extra Deck.

3 "Bolt Bot" monsters

Neither player can target this card with monster effects. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation. Twice per Duel (Quick Effect): During the Draw Phase instead of your opponent drawing a card they discard a card from their hand instead. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; Place that target in your Spell/Trap Zone as a ∞ Spell when place there that monster effects are treated as ∞ effects.

3 "Bolt Bot" monsters

Neither player can target this card with monster effects. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation. When a cards or effects is activated (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 card in either GY; negate the activation, and if you do, you can activate 1 of these effects.
● Draw 3 cards, you cannot draw cards for the rest of this turn after this effect resolves.
● Change all of your opponent's face-up monsters on the field to face-down Defense Position.
● Banish any number of cards in either GY; choose that many Effect Monsters your opponent controls, and until the end of this turn, their ATK is halved, also their effects are negated.

3+ Effect monsters with different names

This card's name becomes "The Winged Dragon of Ra" while on the field or in the GY. This cards effects cannot be negated, also its unaffected by Spell/Trap effects and by activated effects from any monster whose original Level/Rank/Link Rating is lower than this card's current Link Rating. If this card is Link Summoned: You can Special Summon up to 3 Divine-Beast Monsters from your hand, Deck, or GY, ignoring its Summoning conditions. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this effect's activation. If you control "The Winged Dragon of Ra" its ATK/DEF become 4000. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can discard 1 card, then target 1 card on the field; banish it. (Quick Effect): You can target up to 2 Spells/Traps on the field; destroy them. During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can send "The Winged Dragon of Ra - Immortal Phoenix" from your Deck to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon it during the next turn on your Main Phase, ignoring its Summoning conditions.

4 Effect monsters

This cards effects cannot be negated, also its unaffected by Spell/Trap effects and by activated effects from any monster whose original Level/Rank/Link Rating is lower than this card's current Link Rating. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation. All face-up Effect monsters this card points to or is co-linked to gains ATK equal to the ATK of the opponent's monster their battling. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the GY: Draw 3 cards, you cannot draw cards by card effects for the rest of this turn after this effect resolves. If your opponent activate cards or effects in response to your card's activation (Quick Effect): You can negate the response, and if you do, banish that card.

Equip only to "Bolt Bot Rock D" Monsters. It gains 1000 ATK. If it destroys your opponent's monster by battle: Draw 1 card. If "Bolt Bot Rock D" Monster you control battles an opponent's monster: End the Battle Phase. If this face-up card on the field is destroyed and sent to the GY: You can target 1 "Bolt Bot Rock D" Monster in your GY; Special Summon it.

Equip only to "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monsters. It gains 1000 ATK. While this card is equipped to a monster by this effect, the equipped monster cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects, also your opponent cannot target it with card effects. If it destroys your opponent's monster by battle: You can banish that opponent's monster, face-down. If "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Monster you control battles an opponent's monster: You can Special Summon 1 "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck by using a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monsters you control as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer the equipped Monster's materials to the Summoned monster.)

Equip only to "Bolt Bot Utron Unity" or "Bolt Bot Unity" Monsters. It gains 1000 ATK. While this card is equipped to a monster by this effect, the equipped monster can make a second attack during each Battle Phase. If it destroys your opponent's monster by battle: Special Summon 1 Cyberse or Machine Monster from your Deck or Extra Deck. If "Bolt Bot Utron Unity" or "Bolt Bot Unity" Monster you control battles an opponent's monster: take control of that opponent's monster until the next End Phase.

Equip only to "Bolt Bot" Monsters. It gains 1000 ATK. If it destroys your opponent's monster by battle: Discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand. While this card is equipped to a monster by this effect, the equipped monster's effects cannot be negated by your opponent’s card effects. If it attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict double piercing battle damage to your opponent. If this face-up card on the field is destroyed and sent to the GY: You can add 1 "Bolt Bot" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck or GY add it to your hand.

If a "Bolt Bot" monster you control is destroyed: Draw 1 Card, then if it was "Bolt Bot Rock D" monster you can Draw 3 cards instead of drawing just 1. You can banish the opponent's attacking monster, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of the opponent's banished monster. If you control "Bolt Bot Rock D" monster, you can activate this card from your hand.

This would likely get banned as it can be turned into a +3 every turn.

This is essentially a roided out Magician of Faith.

Effect protection is nice. But this card essentially has a metalmorph effect, which should allow it to run over just about anything. Piercing damage is a nice touch but doesn't really fit the theme of FIRE monsters.

This is nice but most cards that have decent effects can't be targeted. But definitely worth it if you can target Ra for a turn. Most people will understand why Ra would make this worth summoning.

I... I can't review these.

Putting together just a few combos of these would essentially give you near infinite free resources.  Even cards that aren't tied to overall combos in the deck (like Unity Lady or Todoroki) are absurdly OP just by the sheer power of their effects and their ability to combo off of themselves.

Listen, I can't help you fix these.  You can pm me individual cards and I can explain why they are broken and even show you some combos, but that's all I can do for these.  There's just too much that needs to be changed and fixed with these.  The best advice I can give is for you to start these over and focus on 1) a specific win condition, and 2) a specific gimmick.

Omni-negate as a p scale is way way way too cheap. Put some conditions on it, like "while you control a Bolt Bot Link Monster"

Bolt Bot Mecha Todorok needs to be xenophobic in its special summons. Limit it again to Bolt Bot Monsters

Bolt Bot Rock D Golem needs to be once per turn, not once per chain, and the summon effect needs to be harsher, try 2 Bolt Bot monsters

 

I'll help you review them, but these are all way too generic and way too +'y atm

When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the GY: You can look at their hand and shuffle up to 3 cards in their hand into the Deck. This card can also make an attack during your opponent's Battle Phase. This card can make up to 2 attacks on monsters during either players Battle Phase.

2 Level 4 monsters

Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; it loses 400 ATK/DEF and it has its effects negated. Once per turn, during your next Main Phase after this card was sent to the GY: Special Summon this card from the GY (If it wasn't used as material).

4 Level 4 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster you control as material, except "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin - Yellow". Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; change that target to face-down Defense Position. This card can attack while in face-up Defense Position. If it does, apply its ATK for damage calculation. 

3 Level 5 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster you control as material, except "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin - Red". Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; this card gains ATK equal to the combined original ATK of the targeted monster, then, if this card has a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster as material, Cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage.

5 Level 5 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster you control as material, except "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin - Green". Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; shuffle that target into the Deck, then, if this card has a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster as material, it can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn. After damage calculation, if this card attacked an opponent's monster: Negate the effects of that monster including in the GY. 

4 Level 6 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster you control as material, except "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin - Black". Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; this card gains the effects of that target, then, if this card has a "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster as material, this card becomes unaffected by other cards' effects.

2 "Bolt Bot" monsters

If this card is Link Summoned: You can Speical Summon 1 "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monster by using this card and 1 "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin"  Xyz Monster as you control as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer the equipped Monster's materials to the Summoned monster.) While this card is attached to an Xyz Monster as material (This card is treated as an Xyz Monster.) Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 "Bolt Bot" Monster in your GY; Special Summon it. 

1 "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" or "Galaxy" Xyz monster

If this card is Link Summoned: You can target 1 "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" or "Galaxy" monster in your GY; Special Summon it. Must be Xyz Summon (from your Extra Deck) by using 5+ "Bolt Bot Voltron Loin" Xyz Monsters you control as material and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. (Transfer its materials to this card.) This card gains ATK/DEF equal to half the original ATK/DEF of the Xyz Monsters used as Material to Xyz Summon it. While face-up on the field, this card is also DARK, EARTH, WATER, FIRE, and WIND-Attribute. This card can attack your opponent directly, but when it does so using this effect, the battle damage inflicted to your opponent is halved. If your opponent activates cards or effects: You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. This card is destroyed during the 2nd End Phase.

2 Level 10 "Bolt Bot" monsters

At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles a Link Monster: You can banish that opponent's monster, face-down. Once per turn, you can also Xyz Summon "Bolt Bot Unity Team" by using a "Bolt Bot" monster you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) You can detach 1 material from this card; Then return 1 "Bolt Bot" Monster from your GY to the Deck, then Special Summon 1 "Bolt Bot" Xyz monster from your Extra Deck, by using this card you control as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer this card’s materials to the Summoned monster.)

2+ "Bolt Bot" monsters

You can activate 1 of these effects depending on the number of cards this card points to or if this card is co-linked to any number of Link Monsters then apply these effects, in sequence depending on the number of Co-linked Monsters.
● 1 or more: Draw 1 card
● 2 or more: Target up to 2 Spells/Traps on the field; destroy them.
● 3 or more: You can declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap); reveal the top card of your opponent's Deck, and if you do, banish a card of that type.
● 4: Special Summon 1 Link Monster from your Extra Deck (This is treated as a Link Summon.)

2+ Effect monsters

This card's effects cannot be negated by your opponent's card or effects but your opponent can still activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation. You can activate 1 of these effects depending on the number of Monsters this card points or Co-linked to.

3 "Bolt Bot" monsters

Neither player can target this card with monster effects. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation. Twice per Duel (Quick Effect): During the Draw Phase instead of your opponent drawing a card they discard a card from their hand instead. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; Place that target in your Spell/Trap Zone as a ∞ Spell when place there that monster effects are treated as ∞ effects.

3 "Bolt Bot" monsters

When a cards or effects is activated (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 card in either GY; negate the activation, and if you do, you can activate 1 of these effects.

● Change all of your opponent's face-up monsters on the field to face-down Defense Position.
● Banish any number of cards in either GY; choose that many Effect Monsters your opponent controls, and until the end of this turn, their ATK is halved, also their effects are negated.

4 Effect monsters

All face-up Effect monsters this card points to gains ATK equal to the ATK of the opponent's monster their battling. If it attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict double piercing battle damage to your opponent. If this face-up card on the field is destroyed and sent to the GY: You can add 1 "Bolt Bot" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck or GY add it to your hand.

If a "Bolt Bot" monster you control is destroyed: Draw 1 Card, then if it was "Bolt Bot Rock D" monster you can Draw 3 cards instead of drawing just 1. You can banish the opponent's attacking monster, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of the opponent's banished monster. If you control "Bolt Bot Rock D" monster, you can activate this card from your hand.

I'm gonna be honest and say my favorite part of this archetype is the Rock D monsters.

The Ladies are good but you have to remember that once they get sent to Extra Deck, they are dependant on the Link monsters to re-establish their presence. So the MR4 revision slows Pendulums down quite a bit.

The Diamond Dude effect is a bit random. And I guess shutting down special summons aside from cyberse and machines makes sense.

Pendulum effect pretty much makes every monster of the archetype Spell Speed 4. And another Special Summon shut down.

Pendulum effect is essentially to cheat out a Link then shuffle the cards back into your deck. Target and destroy 3 monsters. Sure.

Pendulum effect makes her amazing Ra support.

Monster effect is a bit broken since it both hinders and damages the opponent.

Ok, I'll review 'em, but not in one go.  I'll do it little by little n.n. You asked for help and I'll gladly do it, but remember that people has real life stuff and aren't at your disposition, Zama (you know the reason of why I'm saying this).

Right on with the review, pal!

1) Blackdox - Starting off, we find an OP card right away. The wording is confusing. So far, there's no card that "targets" zones. Check this out, Zany Zebra. See how it "chooses"? That's the correct wording. Now, you could say something like: 

Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can choose 1 zone occupied by a Link Monster; destroy as many monsters as possible that are in zones the Link Monster in the chosen zone is pointing to, then destroy that Link Monster, also, after that, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card a Link Monster on the field points to.

More understandable, but a pretty overcomplicated formula. I think I understand what's your intention here: instead of going after the monsters, which sometimes have targeting protection, you go for the zone and destroy from there.
Now, about the card in general, it's OP for many reasons: This guy is just a tiny Lv 1 mob that self-summons with extreme easiness, then obliterates a lot of monsters with a OPT effect. The second OPT is probably worse. You can't simply draw cards so freely, using any Link on the field to feed the card's effect. In an attempt to balance, make the self summoning harder, like restricting the effect activated for the Summoning to 1 type of card, like a Spell. The destruction effect, destroy only 1 of the monsters the Link mob is pointing to, and spare the Link Mob itself. The burn damage to 100, max 200. This guy has 3 soft OPT; make it a HOPT (remove all "Once per turn" and, at the end of the effect, "You can only use each effect of Bolt Bot Blackdox once per turn".

2) Unity Lady - Welp, looks like we face a lot of OP cards, I won't mention this repeteadly and instead address the stuff that I consider needs adjustment. You can't negate completely the effect of a whole type of card by simply activating a Pendulum. If you truly want to have this effect, then affect your own cards as well, not only the opponent's. A maintenance cost, similar to Imperial Order, is... in order xD. The general negating effect which also grants you a recycle is excessive as hell. Negate only 1 type of effect, and omit the recycle. Last monster effect is absolutely insane (I'll run out of synonyms of mad and crazy pretty fast at this rate lol). If you'd like, allow the SS of only 1 Bolt Bot OR the placing of a Bolt Bot in the Pendulum Zone.

3) Photon Phantom - Both Unity lady and this guy have that extremely easy self-summoning effects, which I don't like. Try to imagine the consequences. You control 1 guy, you Summon, Summon, Summon, Summon. You need to give them a somewhat harder requirement for such summoning, not something brutal, just more balanced (the fact that you can only summon them once per turn that way is not enought. Now here's another amazingly OP effect, as QE, it can tribute itself and add a Spell/Trap, then when sent to the GY, you SS 1 Bolt Bot from the Deck. THE HELL? xD. No, Zama, you can't combine such effects like that. In general, increase the difficulty of the effects, and separate them when possible. I'd make the recycle only happens when it is destroyed by battle, and no to the SSing from Deck. Then, the self-summoning from GY should only occur should you control NO cards at all, not just the Spell/Traps.

4) Todoroki - Oh well, BNHA territory, huh? xD. Same problem with the others. I'm a 2500 ATK monster with nasty strong effects that can SS myself just by controlling any other monster in the archetype. Oh god, look at all those effects. Two summons per turn, 1 Summon of an Extra Deck is destroyed, ignoring the summoning conditions, and extreme protection for WATER and FIRE x_x. Only 1 Summon, only when Todoroki is summoned, or if you want it to be 2, negate their effects. No to the Extra Deck Summoning. Only 1 type of protection.

I think I'll leave it here for now. Zama, remember that even if my comments are harsh on your cards, it's all for the bettering of them, ok? You have potential, but you tend to give them insanely strong effects. This is about the third time I tell you this, but try to consider how your friends with real cards would respond to this. They cannot, right? Is there fun in it? Winning every time with OP cards? No, right? Give more limits to your cards, add costs, and try to avoid being so generic with searches and protections.
