You can only use this card name’s (1) and (2) effects once per turn each.
(1) When your opponent would Special Summon a monster(s) (Quick EFfect): You can negate that Special Summon, and if you do, destroy it, then, destroy either this card or 1 “Rokket” monster you control.
(2) If this card is in your GY: You can target 1 “Borrel” monster or “Rokket” monster in your GY; destroy 1 card you control or have in your hand, and if you do, add that target to your hand.

Dualwiel Dragon
Level 8/DARK/Dragon/Effect
You can only use this card name’s (1) and (2) effects once per turn each.
(1) You can Tribute this card, then target 2 “Rokket” monsters with different names in your GY; Special Summon them in Defense Position.
(2) You can banish this card from your GY; add 1 “Rapid Trigger” or “Heavy Trigger” from your Deck or GY to your hand.

Heavy Trigger
This card is used to Ritual Summon “Borreload Riot Dragon”.
(1) Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 8 or more, or instead of Tributing, destroy “Rokket” monsters you control or have in your hand, then Ritual Summon 1 “Borreload Riot Dragon” from your hand. The Special Summoned monster cannot be destroyed by battle with monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, also it is unaffected by the activated effects of monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck.

Whoa... I dunno if these things are what Rokkets want/need, but this opens up quite a few interesting wording applications/new precedents for card making.

I really hope ignition effects that can keep the monster in the GY don't become common, but I have to admit, they are pretty cool to see.

Its pretty cool ill admit.

The ritual able to retrive itself lessen the usual ritual advantage burden so you may dont have to change the usual dragon link deck leaving the ritual spell to be the potential bricks since idk how you consistent you can dump dualwield

But the rest of the effect is solid
