isn't the point of the game field control? If this monster stops your opponent from having any monsters I think its worth it if you can back it up with some good traps so it doesn't die. Good for beat down? I think I would rather use Majestic Mech Ohka though.

Appropriate and this card are both terrible.

 

Actually, Appropriate can be good, just not when used with terrible cards like this one. But with things like Dark Bribe, it's worth trying.

Good in Skill Drain decks I guess. Not that those decks are good in the first place.

 

Skill Drain decks have infinitely better options than this trash.

Not in this format, though. Far too much removal running around.

 

I'll admit that Appropriate has potential in another format. Chainsaw Insect, however, has no use in any half-decent format.
