  4. I know Sleepy's been really nice, and Tinkerer did his best. But would George be interested? He was one of the four who played often enough. And even took on Marauding Captain. Me, Sleepy, and Tinkerer fought Dark Magician. But he never once did. Yet, he used his rolls to help alleviate Sleepy's frays against Magician. Not to mention when he was selecting his monster. It was evident that Horu wasn't going to go on Discord to play. But George didn't rush things. He wanted to be polite and patient. So yeah. I would like to know if George is interested. To offer him the chance of getting a drawing of a character he requests.

  10. (If this is in the wrong section, please feel free to move it!) Goat Format is a community-supported format for Yu-Gi-Oh! that uses the card pool, card text, rulings, and banlist from April 2005 in the TCG (though OCG Goat Format exists as well). The decks are not as lightning-fast as the current game, harkening back to the days when set 1 monster and 1 s/t was an acceptable turn, and despite the age of the format and how much smaller the card pool is, the meta regularly shifts and new decks/strategies are still being developed to this day. More and more game stores and online dueling simulators have begun supporting the format for players who love oldschool Yu-Gi-Oh! and are either fatigued by or outright dislike the modern game. There is also a large community on YouTube and Twitch for the format, as well! I personally have no interest in the current hand-dropping "break my board" state of the game (having officially quit shortly after Pendulums were announced), but still love the game for what it was, holding a lot of fondness for the cards I used to play as a kid. For that reason, I've really been enjoying Goat Format myself, and is the reason that I've been able to get back into Yu-Gi-Oh! at all. 13. I wonder how many guys who complain about "how women act" only get their opinion based on how girls act in anime and the like. I see many parallels between claims they make and the stuff that happens too often in "comedy" anime.

  14. Yeah, that's because the community decided to play the format with the cardpool available at US Nationals/SJC Seattle/Indiana and there never was a time period where Exarion Universe was legal and CRV (which the community had barred because it wasn't out at the time of the aforementioned events) was not, considering that card came out AFTER CRV.

  16. This archetype makes for good Red-Eyes support. I will explain this further: Hitting this with REDMD and immediately tributing it gives you 3 free dragons. So Red-Eyes swarm engine. This is great because it helps recycle the banished monsters and gives you a free draw. Also, REDMD makes this effect very recyclable. This adds to the speed of the deck. Mixed with REDMD, you can speed out the 3 banished dragons you recovered from the effect of White-Haired Dragon Girl. Hitting this with REDMD is a good move as it will allow you to hit Black-Haired Dragon Girl, White-Haired Dragon Girl and Green-Haired Dragon Girl if they are banished and dropping their effects in a single turn. This adds to the deck thinning factor. But also enhances that recycling ability that the Red-Eyes archetype has. Well, this coupled with REDMD and Metalmorph could be a very obvious otk. Again, speed out those Red-Eyes monsters. This essentially gives you 2 Red-Eyes Darkness Dragons or worse depending on what you decide to drop in the grave. But I think you get the idea of how this can go bad for the opponent.

  17. Have been trying to post something here for a few days now but either the spoiler format is obsolete and giving me an error, or I overloaded my post, Though I feel like I can't just lurk when the stuff being talked about is, well, me.... Testing spoilers now. If this works expect some good old fashioned double/triple/+ posting from me xD EDIT: So result is, seems to work but it randomly adds/removes brakets of my written code as it pleases, and once the spoiler is made at the end of my comment, I can't seem to write anything under it...

  18. The format is honestly fun for me to watch though there are a few things that prevent me from getting into it as much as I would like. Was never a fan of "priority" rulings. I get that it weakens the power of chainables like Book of Moon, Compulsory, Bottomless, etc. when faced with BLS and other stuff, and that the idea is that turn player in theory gets the proactive role so even chainables from the opponent according to that rule, need to be reactive to an opponent's action, and that it is apparently accepted in the biggest Goat supporting events IRL for fans, but it is less intuitive as it kind of makes ignition effects look as if they had a higher spell speed than they really do, and chainables would still be reacting to a pure Summon so said rule does not set well with me even after hearing out the reasoning I hear for it. I'm glad the OCG never had it. Means I'm not just delusional with thinking the way it works (or rather "worked") is weird.... Have tested it in the past and even if it doesn't have the same amount of speed as the current IRL game and in the right conditions can very much feel like a chess match with how much players calculate what the other player has already used up in the resources that were all the limited staples decks commonly ran during those days... overally it still does have an element of slippery slope. You falling back in tempo makes it frankly unlikely you'll get to turn things around because of how measured all top level moves are, and I am kind of a fan of a certain amount of backup holding a player (not too much that comebacks are inevtable either but there's a balance and to me Goat Control tryouts haven't been able to strike it). . . . . Still it is a very interesting phenomenon that it was able to gain such a cult following that still keeps growing and innovating in deck variety, as it is still more than what some modern day players would think of it. I've heard comments like "30 cards in every deck are the same repeated staples like Pot of Greed" and "a bunch of simple cards, it is caveman yugioh like Duelist Kingdom days right?" I give it more credit than that tbh. I'm not in love with the idea of the format but see the way it has grown as a positive thing. Last time I saw something related to this format I was hearing there's a change into no longer having Exarion Universe as a legal part of the format.

  20. I thought It would be nice for a change not to be talking about scary Horror overpowers Archetype lets talk about how much Support Level 8 Monsters should be getting because its sucks that High Level Monster can't being them selves out either on the First and or Second Turn Thats sucks konami you Guys hate Level 8 Monsters please let me know what Level 8 Monsters or Targets This would be great for! Both player's chooses 8 cards from their Deck, they both send the 8 chosen cards to the GY; but if a player has less cards in their Deck than the other player then that player who has less cards in their Deck cannot choose instead that player must send 8 random cards to the GY. If both players sent 8 to the GY then both players can both Special Summon a Level 8 monster from their Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions to their side of the field. Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation. You can only activate 1 "Crazy Eight's" per turn.

Also, just like @Rayfield Lumina, I’m quite new compared to most of you, so I too will be at a disadvantage. Thank you all for taking the time to listen to me.

Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can send 1 Dragon monster that isn't a "Dragon Girl" monster to the GY; then Special Summon 1 "Dragon Girl" monster from your Deck. Destroy this card if you control no "Dragon Girl" monsters on the field. While you control a face-up "Dragon Girl" monster on the field your opponent cannot destroy or negate this card's effect. You can only activate 1 "Spirit of The Dragon Girl" per turn.

  29. @Rayfield Lumina @Godbrand @Dokutah Jolly This Time I remove (Quick Effect) because as Rayfield Lumina Ponited out that During either player's turn = (Quick Effect) so I revmoved (Quick Effect) from their Card Text and just keepted During either player's turn Thank You for Point That Out To me Rayfield Lumina. Guys You Can Re Review This beacuse some of you read some gammer Now I fixed my bad Gammer with Konami Problem-Sloving Card Text.

  31. yes, but you didn't read well what I told you. During either player's turn = (Quick Effect), but the former is NOT used anymore. After the first summoning effect, just say (Quick Effect): that's enough. If you use both, it's redundant, gotcha?

  32. @Dokutah Jolly That last effect isn't Protection for the monster its for the Spell to not be Destroyed or Negated by Twin Twister or my Personal Favorite/Hated MST or them Remove the Spell By Ash Blossom and Joy Spring Effect Also that Hand Trap is Annoy to deal with. Just read that last effect I fixed it so its no longer as Overpowered and Thank You for pointing out my Wording Mistake it wasn't Suppose to Protect The D-Girl It was to Protect the Spell its Self From Negation or Being A Sitting target for Destruction or in other word to be Destoyed by Other Spells So I'm Sorry. @Rayfield Lumina I know that as you can see I replaced Once Per Turn (Quick Effect): With During either players turn (Quick Effect): When You Pointed my bad grammer or Bad Problem Sloving Card text Issue as I fixed It

  35. I have to second Jolly on his comment, I'm seeing the cards are becoming more balanced in previous entries, which means you're actually taking note of the people's replies, which is really nice to see, excellent! n.n I would also concur in that Black is by far the strongest due to her capability to Special Summon 3 archetypal monsters at once. Remember this, pal: If you're going to use at the end of the card the Hard Once per turn Clause (also known as HOPT), such as "You can only use 1 "Black-Haired Dragon Girl" effect per turn, and only once that turn", you don't need to use the other "Once per turn" etc... like you do before all quick effects. The HOPT is including them, so if you can remove that other Once per turn to abbreviate the effect. In general, but this is just me, I'd make the effects that let you Special Summon 3 monsters or adds 3 monsters to your hand to be 2 instead so the effects feel more balanced. In case of White, I'd go as far as buffing her. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card, then target 3 of your banished Dragon monsters with different names; shuffle them into the Deck, and if you do, draw 1 card. I see you're improving, and I'm glad to see that, keep it up n.n
