  1. I'm thinking of making an archetype based around the card "Ceremonial Bell".  Anyone wanna collab?

    I've only got 1 card down so far:

    Ceremonial Toll
    Quick-Play Spell
    Special Summon 1 "Ceremonial Bell" from your hand, Deck, or GY.  You can discard this revealed card; Special Summon 1 "Ceremon" monster from your hand, Deck, or GY.  You can only use 1 effect of "Ceremonial Toll" per turn and only once that turn.

  4. Eh, not as excited about this one, but at least it gives the pure variant of the deck a win condition. I'm just interested in the lore around this.
  5. Nice. A more consistent way to get to the field spell. That level 4 and rank 4 both look super useful for the deck. Since the Albaz Fusions Special Summon things during the End Phase, Sprigguns seem like they'd have some strong follow-up plays turn after turn. The Level 8 is kinda underwhelming though.
  6. So it prevents the other one's destruction. That clarifies a little, and it does make the card a lot stronger, but can you trigger multiples at the same time? I assume "no", but the effect is still ambiguous. I'm also like 87% certain you don't actually need "Quick Effect" since it is just responding to a condition. After rereading it with the added clarity, I guess I overlooked the fact that you can't use its effects in the same turn it was sent to the GY. It is much more balanced this way, but now I can't see it working outside of a more casual strategy since it is entirely reli
  7. @Krow I don't know how Sky Strikers play now.  Would a Sky Striker Link 2 be useful in the deck?  If so, what kind of effect(s) would you give it?

      I wanted a Sky Striker link 2 for a long time before Zeke came out. It helps clearing annoying stuff like Nibiru tokens and Kaijus from my field. I mostly use it to clear my board and then just go back into a Link 1 Sky Striker. It helps climbing into cards like Ningirsu easier as well.

      Lol, how'd I not know that card existed?  I probably even commented on its topic here!

       I was thinking of making a Link 2 to fill in that "self-clearing" niche, but couldn't think of effects for it.

  8. I'm not sure I follow the last part of this card's effect. Does the Graveyard effect prevent your other Foo-Foo from being destroyed? Do multiples of this card trigger from 1 destruction? Does the first effect (battle protection) prevent the Graveyard effect? The card's last effect just isn't clear enough. Outside of that though, its type, Attribute, and self-mill effects seem useful. Just not useful enough for it to obviously fit in any strategy (since you would generally want to use your Normal Summon on something more active). That said, depending on how the last effect pans

  13. Hello, fine peoples! I kinda wanted to make some support for a forgotten/underwhelming archetype and decided on Phantom Beasts. If you don't count Mecha Phantom Beast, the archetype consists of 7 members (1 Normal monster, 4 Effect monsters, 1 Fusion, and 1 Trap). Most of these have very little to do with each other and it makes it pretty difficult to build anything coherent with 'em, but I decided to try to do so anyway. I think I managed to make something pretty decent out of 'em while also keeping their battle-focused playstyle, but all my creativity went into just making 'em us

  18. I lost track and need to clarify things. Do I have 1 free hint and 1 Christmas post hint (5 total reveals) or do I have 2 Christmas post hints (8 total reveals)? Also, can I split my reveals between each puzzle? I kinda want to reveal block 10 for all three puzzles if possible. If I have enough reveals, I want to open blocks 6*, 14*, 1, 24, 34 for the cyan puzzle. (Reveal only the * ones if I only have 5 total reveals.)

  20. Ouch... this might be an issue for me. I feel like my strong suit is knowing a lot of card interactions, but the interactions between Pendulum cards is a huge personal weak spot. Like... I don't even understand how PePe worked. I understand how certain pendulum archetypes function, but I can't say I understand any modern variant of Performa/Odd-Eyes/Magician decks. There are a lot of cards in each archetype (~100 for Performapal, ~50 for Odd-Eyes, and ~15 for Magician).
