Yeah its meant to be a solid battle oriented level 9 synchro that can be impactful without necessarily making a big impact on the board or game in terms of what similarly statted Synchros do like Quariongandrax and Trishula. I've been thinking about if the protection when it battles is a good idea, or if it should be protected from things outside of battle as a way to encourage people to run battle traps.

Tech-Tonic Geodestruct Dragon DARK - Level 9 - Wyrm/Synchro/Effect - 3200 ATK/2800 DEF 1 Tuner + 2+ non-Tuner monsters If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. Banish any monster destroyed by battle with this card, also while that monster is banished, the zone that monster was in cannot be used and cards with the same original name have their effects negated. Lock your opponent's zones permanently! Sorta. Combination of Dimensionhole, Prometeor, and a bit of Prohibition on a level 9 Synchro with 3200 ATK. It can even lock Extra Monster Zones, but this notably locks the zones of monsters when it destroys by battle, so its pretty vulnerable to Main Phase disruption. Some people say this some people say its broken, notably the thing about it is that it can recover itself via the "This card or another monster" wording, though when it Summons itself it can't go off again that turn. The goal is that its more a test of timing and setup, where it can pop of later in the game with some Spell Speed 2 revival on the opponent's End Phase. That's funny but I'd rather it not be rng, though that's just personal preference. Maybe make something similar with dice rolls if that's something you want to do?

Bottled Starkemist FIRE - Level 6 - Spellcaster/Synchro/Effect - 2200 ATK/1600 DEF 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters When this card or another monster(s) is sent to the GY, except the turn this card was Special Summoned: Special Summon that monster(s) to their owner's field, then place 1 Star Counter on this card, and if this card has 3 Star Counters, remove all Star Counters from this card and banish all other cards on the field. You can only control 1 "Bottled Starkemist". Looks insane at first. It can SS itself off of being sent to the GY, can SS anything sent to the GY, and is also a banish board clear if it wants to be. However, it can be easily exploited by the opponent, them being able to benefit from the SS and then being allowed to destroy this card after the fact. While it can SS after being sent to the GY, it can't use the effect again the turn its Special Summoned. I guess it's still insane, but I'm not sure if its broken per say. What do you guys think? I might put the Star Counters at 4 instead of 3 if it needs nerfing.       I've been using duelingbook both to test the strenghts of my decks as well as posible different builds recently, def can recomend it, specially on combo-ish decks it helps make easier to envision their powerlevel, as well as to identify certain problem cards or weaknesses. Plus, y'know. Its fun

You can only Special Summon "Cyber Ogre" once per turn this way. When a monster you control battles an opponent's monster: You can target another monster you control; it gains 500 ATK until the end of its next battle. Made it more Cyber Dragon friendly and tried to keep the interesting PSCT on it ("until the end of its next battle").
