  1. This cards okay. You forgot to add the level of the card btw. As for the card itself, its non generic and requires sending monsters on the field to the GY. It can be hard to pull off, but the original Barrel Dragon allows himself to be special summoned so its not impossible. The effect does feel a bit lacking compared to the original, because it could destroy monsters whereas this one can only destroy spell/trap cards.   3. Very creative card, albeit very potentially broken. Most don't allow any card to be added to the deck and the ones that do usually have a high cost. However most decks nowadays run multiple copies of cards so having the only card you can have multiple copies of be ''Three wishes'' is a fair cost. All in all, I really like the card and think its very good.

I didn't really mean for most of these cards to have synergy with each other (some do) but most of this is just random support for many decks, mostly Fairy.
