      Buuut look, we're still on time. Do not get greedy. Emergency T. is a rather powerful card that is at 1 nowadays. Compared to it, your card-in-the-making supports an archetype and not a type, so that's a disadvantage, yeah, but you're already giving it a complementary effect, which allows many more plays than ET (essentially, it's a 1 card Synchro/Xyz, and that can be a game finisher which means the opponent drawing cards won't matter. That's enough. it doesn't need additional effects, or super poly clauses and all those things you like xD
