Blackwing- birds of a feather fly together continuous spell All "Blackwing" monsters are now treated as WIND and DARK. All "Blackwing" monsters gain 100ATK for each WIND and/or winged beast on either players field and GY. If a "Blackwing" card would be destroyed except during damage calculation, return one "Blackwing" from the field to the hand and negate the card with that effect. (Improved wording please)
Last time I posted Windwitch support on this website, Konami announced new Windwitch support the next day. But it sucked. Let’s try to create actually good support and see what happens! Here are the cards, now that I’m better at card design. Windwitch - Frost Bell Level 3 WIND Spellcaster ATK 1300/DEF 1300 If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is summoned, you can send 1 “Windwitch” monster from your deck to your GY. You can only use each effect of “Windwitch - Frost Bell” once per turn. Explanation: In almost every archetype, a Foolish Burial-esque card is good. Summoning this card opens up a new 1 card Crystal Wing combo along with... Windwitch - Clear Bell Level 1 WIND Tuner Spellcaster ATK 100/DEF 100 You can banish this card from your GY, Special Summon 1 “Windwitch” monster from your deck, but it cannot attack, also, it is destroyed during the End Phase. A WIND Synchro monster summoned using this card as material cannot be targeted by card effects. Explanation: This is meant to be kind of a better Snow Bell, and is the second piece of the new 1 card Crystal Wing combo. Here’s the combo: SS Frost, dump Clear. Banish Clear, SS Glass. Search Clear/Snow. Synchro Winter. Synchro Crystal Wing with added card. If you search Clear Bell, it eats up your normal summon, but that’s a small price to pay for a Crystal Wing that can’t leave the field, PERIOD. Festival Of The Windwitch Normal Spell Shuffle up to 2 “Windwitch” monsters from your GY into the deck, then draw 2 cards. If this card is in the GY, except on the turn it was sent there, you can banish this card from your GY, add 1 “Windwitch” or “Wind’s Refrain” spell/trap from your deck to your hand, except “Festival Of The Windwitch”. You can only use each effect of “Festival Of The Windwitch” once per turn. Explanation: I feel like this one may be too OP, having draw and searching power. But let me know. Winter Wind’s Refrain Normal Trap Activate 1 of these effects. • Target 1 “Windwitch” monster you control, it gains 1000 ATK, until the End Phase. • When your opponent activates a card or effect targeting a “Windwitch” monster you control, negate that effect, and if you do, destroy it. You can only activate 1 “Winter Wind’s Refrain” per turn. Explanation: The first effect is a bit lackluster, unless you need to beat over something, but it’s made up for by the second effect. Kind of meant to be a better Ice Wind’s Refrain. So, what do you all think of my new support cards? Please let me know if they’re too bad/good!
