PrimeAceJohn
waz gud gurl So yea here's an archetype I created a while back and I finally decided this should be a post. The archetype is based of Greek Mythology sea gods and sea monsters. The archetype revolves around "Umi" but "A Legendary Ocean" - http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/A_Legendary_Ocean - is what really summons the monsters. So tell me what you think, CnC is greatly appreciated. (I haven't done this in a long time so I might be a little rusty) Also got this wallpaper thing...
When this card is summoned while “Umi” is on the field, you can target 1 monster on the field: Destroy that target. When this card is summoned while “Umi” is on the field: Gain 1000 Life Points. When this card is summoned while “Umi” is on the field, you can target 1 level 5 or lower WATER monster in your Graveyard then target 1 monster your opponent controls: Shuffle the first target into your Deck and negate the effect of the second target and reduce its ATK by 1000. When this card is summoned while “Umi” is on the field, you can target 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard: Add that target to your hand. When this card is summoned while “Umi” is on the field, you can target 1 monster your opponent controls: Place that monster in face-up defense position (its position cannot be switched.) When this card is summoned while “Umi” is on the field, you can target 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard and 1 set card on the field: Banish the first target and destroy the second target. When this card is summoned while “Umi” is on the field, you can target 1 level 5 or higher WATER monster in your Graveyard and 1 face-up card your opponent controls: Banish the first target and add the second target to your opponent’s hand.

If a face-up WATER monster would be destroyed, you can banish this card from your hand, field, or Graveyard: Negate the destruction. When a face-up WATER monster you control is destroyed, you can banish this card from your Graveyard: Destroy the card that destroyed that monster. You can set this card face-down in defense position as a level 4 monster. If this card is attacked by a monster your opponent controls: Destroy that monster. If that monster was a non-WATER monster: This card can gain ATK equal to the ATK of that monster. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. When you summon a level 5 or lower WATER monster while “Umi” is on the field, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up defense position. If this card was Special Summoned by its own effect, it cannot change its battle position. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can equip this card to a face-up WATER monster you control as an Equip card, OR unequip it to Special Summon this card in face-up Defense Position. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.) If a face-up “Umi” card would be destroyed, you can banish this card from your hand, field, or Graveyard instead. While “Umi” is on the field, once per turn, you can discard 1 WATER monster from your hand: Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. If this card was Special Summoned by its own effect; it cannot change its battle position.

You can Special Summon this card, (from your hand), by banishing 2 WATER monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can shuffle 1 banished WATER monster into the Deck: Draw 1 card then place this card in face-up Defense Position. You can Special Summon this card, (from your hand), by banishing 3 WATER monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can shuffle 1 banished WATER monster into the Deck: Banish 1 face-up card on the field. This card cannot attack your opponent directly the turn you use this effect. You can Special Summon this card, (from your hand), by banishing 3 WATER monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can shuffled 1 banished WATER monster into the Deck then activate 1 of the following effects: * Destroy 1 card on the field. This card cannot attack directly this turn. * Add 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard into your Deck

When a level 5 or lower WATER, “Sea Lord,” OR “Sea Beast” monster is summoned to the field: You can place one Sea Magic Counter on this card (max. 5). Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects due to the number of Sea Magic Counters on this card: * 2: All WATER monsters you control gain 500 ATK until the End Phase. * 3: During either player’s turn, if a face-up WATER monster you control would be destroyed by your opponent’s card effect, you can remove 1 Sea Magic Counters from this card: Negate the destruction. * 4: During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 WATER monster from your hand as an additional Normal Summon. When a level 5 or lower WATER, “Sea Lord,” OR “Sea Beast” monster is summoned to the field: You can place one Sea Magic Counter on this card (max. 5). Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects due to the number of Sea Magic Counters on this card: * 2: Target 1 face-up WATER monster you control: That monster can attack twice during the Battle Phase of this turn but cannot attack your opponent directly. * 3: You can remove 2 Sea Magic Counters from this card: Draw 1 card. * 4: Once per turn, you can add 1 level 5 or lower WATER monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
