This card cannot be special summoned unless you tribute a "Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV8" on the turn it negated a spell card. When this card is summoned destroy all cards in your opponents spell and trap card zone your opponent cannot play or set any of their spell or trap cards while this card is on the field. Once per turn during your opponents standby phase you must look at your opponents hand. If there are any spell or trap cards in their hand this card cannot attack.
