Naoki00
I'm really wondering how this is, is it OPed or balanced? thanks for any input or ratings!
Shiranui
When this card is Summoned, destroy all face-up Continuous Spell and Trap Cards and Field Spell Cards. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, neither player can activate any card with the same name as a card that was destroyed by this card's effect. I think. Looks fine to me...maybe even a little underpowered...
~ P O L A R I S ~
Looks balanced to me. ;) Here's some OCG: When this card is Summoned, destroy all face-up Continuous Spell Cards, Continuous Trap Cards, and Field Spell Cards on the field. Cards with the same name as the cards destroyed by this effect cannot be activated while this card is face-up on the field. Naoki00
Thanks!, and I know the ID is a bit off, I use that ID for prototypes so I know it's not finished when I look it up, and to Shiranui- If it might be a bit underpowered how do you think I could make a little better without breaking it? ~ P O L A R I S ~
Maybe making it so that it destroys all face-up Spell and Trap Cards period and giving it a 100 ATK buff is in order. ;)
Lord Smeagle
I think it's perfectly balanced, but "Card" after "Spell" or "Trap" should be capitalized. Also, if you meant for the name to say that he destroys cities, it's spelled "Raze," not "Raise." That makes him sound like he builds cities. Either one is fine, though. 9/10 if you fix the Card thing.
Naoki00
ah, oops on the spelling then, spellcheck said Razer was wrong so I wasn't sure, But hmmm the plus 100 thing is a nice idea, what about giving it plus 100 for each card it destroyed? Skyson
It'd still be underpowered. I think it should just destroy ALL Spell and Trap Cards when it's Summoned, then include the name-activate restriction. In fact, something devastating like: "The Tribute Summon of this monster cannot be negated by another card's effect. When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. Neither player can activate Spell or Trap Cards with the same name as a card destroyed by this card's effect while this card is face-up on the field." Then buff its ATK to 2900, and eat everything. Then it would be awesome. 6/10 in its current state.
Naoki00
Wow, thats a pretty devastating effect!, though I suppose it's no more beastly then "light and darkness dragon" so would that really be balenced?heres a second prototype with the help you guys gave, what you think? How about: "Monster Effects and Spell and Trap cards cannot be activated in response to this monster's Tribute Summoning."
