Jack laid down in bed and fell asleep. He'd dreamt about the duel he had, only he had won, he had the Queen of Thorns out and Gigaplant.

Jack woke up the next morning and got dressed quickly and went out into the courtyard and hung around waiting until Crystal or someone showed up. He flipped through his cards and came by Vampire Orchis and other cards he really could have used in that duel, but for that duel it was fun to lose, for him anyway, he didn't know if AJ found out or not "I'll cross that bridge when I get to it" Jack said to himself.

Sean was always an early riser, so he was walking around well before Jack was even awake. He walked around the Harbor, and came back to the Courtyard, he was going to go to his next class, and then he saw Jack. "Your the kid with the plants, right?"

[Blaster_M]

"yea I am and I have a name you know, so start using it" Jack said as he straightened a bit when he saw Sean.

[a coffee]

Sean made a "Tch," noise. "Well, nice to know your ignorant. I can't call you by your name if you've never told me, stupid."

[Blaster_M]

"oh, sorry, its Jack, Jack Anderson" Jack said, "what are you doin up so early?"

Sean nods, "Sean Syphora. And I've always been an earlier riser."

"yea me too, I was thinking about the duel I had yesterday" Jack said while he looked up at the top of the academy.

Sean nods, "I gotta say, I shut that deck down the first time I dueled her."

"yea well, I can always challenge her to a rematch, same stipulation though" Jack said smiling.

Sean rolls his eyes. "How about we duel, except we will keep our lips off of each other."

Sean nods, "Well okay then. Water deck will make a showing this time."

 

He pulls out a custom Black and Red duel disk and slams in his Blue cased Water Deck, "Duel!"

 

Sean: 8000

Jack: 8000

 

"Who goes first."

"I'll go first" Jack said as he draws his hand 'alright this is pretty good' Jack thought "first I summon the Vampire Orchis in Attack mode (1700 ATK), and then I set one card face down, and now I turn the spotlight to you" Jack said.

Sean nods, and draws, "Hmph, I'll place one Set monster, Two Face downs, and A Legendary Ocean, it increases my Water Monster's atk and Def by 200 and decreases all Water monsters' star levels by 1. Your turn."

[Blaster_M]

"alright" Jack said and drew another card, "I activate Pot of Greed, which lets me draw two cards and then I summon Cactus Fighter(1900 ATK) and I'll attack your face down monster with Cactus Fighter" Jack said "and now it is your turn"

Sean flips up his face down, "It is Mother Grizzly. When this card is destroyed by Battle, I can take a Monster from my deck with 1500 or less ATK and Special summon it to my side of the field, so I pick Neo Aqua Madoor! (3000 DEF) I now draw. I will Set another Monster face-down. Your turn!"

OOC: Geez, this is a really Defense hand for a Steriod Deck.

"alrighty then" Jack said immitating Ace Ventura, Jack drew a card smiled "I play Card Destruction" Jack said and he and Sean discarded their hands and drew new ones "ok now I'll set another card face and activate misfortune which takes your neo-Aqua Madoor and deals half of its attack to you in direct damage, and I'll send my Cactus Fightr to attack your face down" Jack said "now its your turn"

Sean grunts, "Well. That was useless. Neo Aqua only has 1200 ATK, so I took 600, the face down Monster was Nightmare Penguin, and because of A Legendary Ocean, he has 2000 Defense, so you lose 100. I draw" He laughs a little, I play yet another monster in Defense mode and end my turn.

 

Sean: 7600

Jack: 7900

Jack frowns and draws another card "alright I summon Gigaplant(2400 ATK) even though its a six star monster its effect lets me normal summon it and then I play the magic card Gift of the Martyr and sacrifice Vampire Orchis to give its ATK point to Gigaplant so now it becomes 4100 so I use Gigaplant to destroy Neo Aqua Madoor, and I end my turn" Jack said.
