Ichigo's Hollow is too weak, even with its effect (which, might I add, is a Gemini effect. It's meant to be powerful, otherwise no one will spend the extra summon). Give him somewhere in the range of 2500 attack. You can balance this by increasing his attack by 1000 when he's alone, instead of doubling it. If you don't, you've got a Monster that probably won't live long enough to Second Summon. I mean, come on, its 8 stars. We're already ditching two Monsters for it.

Also, for cards with small letters in their effect like that, please type out the effect under the card. That was hard to read.
