During each of your Standby Phases, pay 500 Life Points. If you don’t, return this card to your Extra Deck. As long as this card is on the field, each time a player Sets a Spell or Trap, the player shows that card to their opponent. During the End Phase of either player’s turns, that player shows their hand. If there are 1 or more Tuner Monsters in their hand, they can Special Summon that/those Tuner Monster(s) to their control.
