You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or more. This card cannot attack in the turn that it is Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Radiant F.U.R.Y.™ Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 1. wrong section....this is REALISTIC cards and this card is NOT realistic2. not only is the pic not a toon...it's an actaul photo of a real dolphin3. effect = epic fail4. only vanillas have any reference to the monster's gender5. 03241-KYTEI is not the correct format for SET ID's...an example of a correct one would be RNDM-EN001 READ THE RULES BEFORE POSTING! this deserves a 0/10 but since this is your first card...i think...i'll adjust your rating to 2/10...
