[spoiler=Card Lore]This card cannot be Summoned except by the effect of "Torn Apart." Each time your opponent activates a Spell card, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. By removing 2 Spell Counters from this card, you may Special Summon 1 LV4 or lower Zombie-Type monster from your Hand or Graveyard to your field. The selected monster cannot attack during the turn in which it was Special Summoned.

[spoiler=Card Lore]Discard 1 Warrior-Type monster from your hand. Special Summon 1 "Skellionn" from your hand or Deck to your side of the field. While this card is in the Graveyard, all Warrior-Type monsters in your hand and on the field are treated as Zombie-Type monsters.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Torn Apart." Just had to add that 'cannot be Normal Summoned or Set' thing since you have to use that Spell Card to summon it. Oh, and you use CAN, not MAY. Since you Special Summon a monster by removing 2 Spell Counters anyway, it's assumed you WANT to Special Summon a monster - so the 'you can' part was unnecessary.

Torn Apart

Discard 1 Warrior-Type monster from your hand. Special Summon 1 "Skellionn" from your hand or Deck to your field. While this card is in the Graveyard, all Warrior-Type monsters in your hand and on the field are treated as Zombie-Type monsters.

Only change I saw was that it's "on your field", not "on your side of the field" (since the last one is considered outdated OCG). That's the only thing I saw.

Images are kinda meh. The balance is good as a giant beatstick that's easy to get out, but people would more likely run "Zombie Master" than this monster since it takes time to pull off this guy's effect whereas you just have to discard a card for "Zombie Master" - which isn't a Nomi (a monster that's a dead draw without the card needed to summon it as well as being unable to be Normal Summoned or Set). The Spell Card is nice, though. Even if not used to Summon the monster, you get great Zombie support by turning your Warriors (who have good support already) into Zombies.

Not a bad idea, but I'd have to give these guys a 7/10. The monster's balance is off, OCG was fine except for MINOR flaws, and just doesn't seem worth it to play. The Spell, however, is better.

Okay, thaynx! I wanted to get the whole turning Warriors into Zombies thing in there. And I never thought of Zombie Master. I usually don't think about how my card compares to other real cards.

Thaynx for commenting! ^_^
