This monster can only be summoned by Removing 2 or more WIND Warrior-Type monsters from play whose total Level Stars equal 9 or more from the field or your hand. There can only be 1 Legend Monster with "Blademaster of the Hurricanes" as its name on the field. Control of this monster cannot change.As long as this monster remains on the field, your opponent can't activate or set any Spell or Trap cards. But if any of you would like to use this sub-type you can but must credit the idea to me... Nice job man, but my Legend-Type monster's effect is way differen than that!
