Sanctuary of Orion

Field Spell card

Each "Astro" monster gains 300 ATK x their own level. Once per turn, select one "Astro" monster you control. Activate one of the following effects, based on the level of the monster.

1:Special summon one level 4 or lower "Astro" monster from your graveyard.

2:Change the battle position of one monster on the field.

3:Draw 1 card.

4:During your opponent's turn, if your opponent declares an attack, they must select the monster with the highest ATK on your side of the field as an attack target.

5:destroy one spell or trap card on the field.

 

Pillar of Stars

Continuous spell card

While "Sanctuary of Orion" is face-up on the field, it cannot be destroyed. All battle damage involving "Astro" monsters on your side of the field that is 1000 points or less is reduced to 0. In addition, all attack position "Astro" monsters with original ATK of 0 cannot be destroyed by battle. If the battle damage would be more than 1000 points, you can pay 1000 life points to negate the attack and draw 1 card. If "Sanctuary of Stars' is not on the field, you must pay 1000 life points during your end phase or destroy this card.

Bessel,Astro Renew Star

DARK level 1 (fairy/effect)

When this card is removed from the field, except when used for a tribute summon, special summon 1"Bessel, Astro Renew star" from your hand or deck.

Barnard, Astro cosmic star

DARK level 2 (fairy/tuner)

Once per turn, by reducing the level of this card by 1, it is not destroyed.(Damage calculation is applied normally.) each time a monster is summoned, increase the level of this card by 1.

Tycho, Astro Blimp star

1 tuner + 1 or more non-tuner monsters

DARK level 5 (fairy/synchro)

When this card is destroyed, special summon as many "Astro" monsters as possible from your graveyard. While this card is on the field, increase the ATK of this card by 500 x the number of monsters on your side of the field that include "Astro" in it's card name.

Astro Behemoth

DARK level 6 (fairy/effect)

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned except by removing 2 "Astro" monsters in your graveyard from play. You only take battle damage once per turn(All other battle damage is reduced to 0).

Once per turn you can destroy one card on the field by discarding a card of the same type from your hand.

Astro Mirage Star

DARK level 7 (fairy/effect)

If there is only 1 monster on your side of the field, you can tribute summon this card with 1 tribute. If this is the only monster on your side of the field, the original ATK of this card becomes 1400. If this card is sent to the field to the graveyard, you can remove from play all cards you control to special summon this card(When this card would be sent to the graveyard after this effect is used, remove it from play instead).

Orion, the formation master

LIGHT level 10 (Warrior/synchro)

1 tuner + 1 or more non-tuner monsters

When this card is summoned, you can special summon as many "Astro" monsters from your graveyard, then return all "Astro" monsters that are removed from play to their owner's graveyards. This card gains 400 ATK for each "Astro" monster on the field. Tribute one "Astro" monster to negate the special summon of a monster and destroy it. Tribute one "Astro" monster to special summon one "Astro" monster from your hand, deck or graveyard.

Supernova Starlight

Normal spell card

Add 1 "Sanctuary of Orion" from your deck or graveyard to your hand. Also, you can increase or decrease the level of 1 "Astro" monster by up to 5 stars by paying lifepoints in multiple of 300 x the number of levels you increased or decreased the monster by, until the end of this turn.

 

Astro Radiance

Equip spell card

Equip only to an "Astro" monster. If it battles, remove from play the monster it battled at the end of the damage step. If that monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead(In this case, make all battle damage 0).

 

Orion's formation

Normal trap card

Activate only if a "Astro" monster is destroyed. Special summon one level 4 or lower "Astro" monster from your hand or deck. Increase the level of all "Astro" monsters by 1 until the end of this turn.

 

Nebula veil

Continuous trap card

Select one "Astro" monster from your graveyard with 0 ATK and special summon it. All battle damage inflicted is inflicted to your opponent instead. Pay 500 life points during your end phase. If you do not, destroy this card. When this card is destroyed, destroy the summoned monster.

 

Starsign

Normal spell card

Remove from play 4 monsters with different levels on your field or in your graveyard. send all cards on the field to the graveyard(Except "Sanctuary of Orion"). Special summon as many "Astro" monsters that are removed from play as possible, then activate 1 "Sanctuary of Orion" from your deck(if one is not on the field). Destroy all monsters you control at the end of this turn.

Here are some things I noticed:

Sanctuary of Orion: You don't mention what happens if the Level is above 5.

 

Pillar of Stars: What is this "Sanctuary of Stars" this card mentions?

 

Other than that, the set is developing well. I don't really see any problems with the cards except the first two.
