The second one looks more toon like, but they don't make Manga Toons, Manga is just the tag they put in front of Ryu-Ran for some reason. the summoning conditions on manga toon summoner are conflicting, if he can only be special summoned when toon world is on field and then later only by toon summoner's effect, you should combine it into, "The card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, this card can only be Special Summoned when "Toon World" is on the field and by the effect of "Toon Summoner"" or somthing like that. Also instead of saying this card gains the effect of Toon summoner, just copy the effect onto it, cards don't say that they get specific card's effects, only ever for ones you designate, like Elemental Hero Prisma. 5/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
