(Basicly a long jump)2) Lightning Style - Light Ray - Gives Hayate the ability to shoot Lightning from his mouth.3) Lightning Style - Sword Manipulation jutsu - A transformation of Hayate's sword that allows him to manipulate an opponents jutsu once during a fight. After the use of this jutsu Hayate goes into a state of shock, Usually blacks out.4) Lightning Style - Chakra Seal Jutsu - While weildeing his sword he can drain chakra into his sword in order to use Justu at will without using hand signs. (Only small jutsu, unless you drain most of your chakra to use bigger ones)5) Lightning Style Wind manipulation Clone: This clone has massive amounts of chakra. Giving the abilities of using wind Manipulation Chakra. The jutsu this clone uses is on a whole different level and is not none to anyone other then Hayate and hayate's brother, because nobody has lived to tell about this jutsu except his brother.6) Dragon Clone - This jutsu can only be used when Hayate uses his Lightning Breath jutsu and Winged Warrior jutsu at the same time, its almost impossible to do unless you are of The Dragons Rage Clan. The clone has all same abilities as Hayate Strength's and weakness' but cannot use the jutsu Fire Style Sword Manipulation Jutsu.[spoiler=Kekkai Genkai]"Fukugouki" (Dragonian Eye): This technique is simalar to the sharingan of Sasuke Uchiha. The Eye has the ability to copy Jutsu and to desifer a counter attack to the move. The eye also gives the ability of Heightened scope and detail of vision. There are 3 levels of the Dragonian Eye, Level 1:(Genin) has the basic jutsu counter and has A 50 yard radius for his Heightened scope technique. Level 2:(Chunin) Has the basic techniques and an added 25 yards to his Heightened scope Technique brining it to a 75 yard Radius. Level 3:(Some Cunin/Jounin) Allows the user to summon a Dragon, which can only use fire style Jutsu. It also allows the user to upgrade to a 100 yard radius, also he can see whatever the Dragon sees.    Village: LeafBiography: Hayate, is a former member of the Mist Anbu at the age of 13. His Clans Dragon Abilities where known as legendary. As he got older he realized that The Mist Anbu where secretly planning to kill his family. Just barley escaping Hayate witnessed his Families asassination at the age of 15 and then entered the Hidden Leaf Village. So pitiful..." Tsuna said as he saw one scorpion being defeated by another. Tsunayoshi stepped on the winning scorpion and walked away. Tsuna had once again been walking through Sunagakure when everybody started running. The village was being attacked by shinobi from Otogakure. There were 5 Jonin, 3 Chunin, and 7 Genin. "Let none survive!" One of the Jonin commanded. It seemed that he would be the leader. "Damnit..." Tsuna activated the Pyrinengan and ran over to the shinobi "Stop! Or else!" Tsuna yelled to them as the enemy shinobi drew closer and allied shinobi were approaching from behind "That meant all of you!" Tsuna yelled again. All of the shinobi stopped "Tsunyoshi! You can't handle them all!" The allied Jonin shouted "You'd be surprised..." Tsunyoshi said silently as he ran towards the enemy ninja and took out a small round object with holes in it and started covering up holes and playing music. When he had finished, Tsunayoshi screamed "Fire Element! Hellfire Serenade!" and Tsuna threw the instrument up into the air. It began to hover in the air and suddenly, fireballs repeatedly burst out of all of the holes! The fireballs were somehow homing in on the enemy ninja, beating them down, one by one.
