[spoiler=Card Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by Tributing 1 "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" on your side of the field. Increase the ATK of this card by 300 points for each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard. Just a thought. 1 OCG error, "Can also be Special Summoned" should be either, "Can only be Specail Summoned" or "Can be Special Summoned." My last piece of critisum is, you need to specify where it's being summoned from when you tribute Red-eyes.
