~Shore
v1v2 I will remove the arrow soon. I put it there cuz the space looked empty. now I realize it looks terrible. I like the b&w better' EDIT- cleaned up and arrow removedv3v4 snoex gave me the idea for the "splash" effect over MSNv5
Catman25
This could be your best. I don't know though I always liked this one :):http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/thread-96988.html
~Shore
well stylistically thats my best, but its just two brushes and a brushed BG. this one's a lot more technically sound, and I think its appealing tooEDIT: in v3 I will also erase those leftovers of the c4d by pikachu's feet. I can't believe I didn't notice them
Asif Mahmud
I think I can statistically analyze this signature... Gradient + Crapload of Cleverly Placed C4D's + Pikachu Render Use a lower opacity eraser and erase some of Pikachu's hips. He thinks he's fat.Play with Blending Modes. That's what you need. Blending Modes.
~Shore
=o he saw right thru meI'm not quite sure what you mean about the low opacity eraser. I can see that you want better blending in the sig though. I'm just not sure what opacities I should use or what levels I should adjust
Asif Mahmud
Well, basically you just erase some of Pikachu's body parts to make him ticklish. You use the eraser tool set to these settings on top:Brush (Pick any)Opacity (85% or lower)Then, erase some sides so you can make Pikachu look PART of the background. Kinda easy way to blend. The other way is to hide the render.Image > Apply ImageAdjust the layers so that the applied image is on top of the render.Make the render visible.Lower the opacity on the applied image. Finally, erase some applied image. Little hard to do but I guess you miiight get it. I used this for Grungy stuff once.
~Shore
I really have no idea what you just said. esp with ticklish. but I'll try the eraser method ^_^EDIT: I tried it, and I still don't get it
Asif Mahmud
Hmm you have Photoshop? xD All I've been talking about is that. Here's an easier way...: New LayerDuplicate Render and hide your renderImage > Apply ImageUnhide your renderLessen the applied image's opacity. Kinda complicated for level even if ya use Photoshop xd
harhar
Great concept but bad execution.
~Shore
Snoex gave me some tips over MSN, so from that I made a new version with better depth and blendingB&W will be up later
Seta
The colors don't blend at all =/You just pasted few C4Ds in the BG. The splash works thought. Change the colors in the splash and add something more.
~Shore
I did recolor some of the c4dswhat colors do you think would work better?
Seta
Red, orange or yellow.
~Shore
theres a reason the colors are blue. I started out making a pikachu yellow tag but thats so unoriginal, so I changed the color concept to "electric blue"I'm sticking with that concept
§hadow §triker
Pretty good but not much blending. I like the splash but but you really didn't do much. As Seta Sojiro said, it is just a bunch of C4D's on a BG. Pretty good, but could use some work.
Snoex
ZenQued if my laptop wasn't so slow, old, and near combustion I would totally bring it to school to show you what to do... But, IMO you need to either change the color of the Splash or darken up the splash a bit(so it doesn't look like some wierd ice) and make the color of the dark blue on the corners of the image waay lighter so the shades of blue go together. I'm not that good at explaining...so im really simplifying what IMO you need to do. /fail
~Shore
lolI tried doing a gradient map to recolor the corner c4ds but then the map would cover pikachu as well otherwise the corners would be relocated to behind the other c4ds. I may have to recolor them as a separate document
