Other than the spelling/ocg I see nothing wrong with it. Seems like a fair price for the added spell + trap destruction. Unless you think that torrential tribute is overpowered, you're making no sense in saying its OP. Excuse me? Monster Reborn / Silent Rebirth / Swing of Memories / O - Oversoul + This = Field Destruction. The cost is just slightly higher, so make the effect just slightly better.Any summon/ any of the numerous cards that special summon + heavy storm + torrential tribute equals total field destruction requiring no discard. So lets see:This card requires 3 cards to pull off total field destruction, an effect that special summons a monster from the GY, itself, and the card you have to discard.Torrential tribute also requires 3 cards to pull off total field destruction, any card with a summoning effect or a regular summon, itself, and heavy storm or a similar card.So, you need just as many cards to pull off total field destruction with torrential as you do with this. Factoring in how many effects that special summon a monster (which includes all the cards that work with the combo involving failed rescue and MUCH more), and that theres stricter criteria for activating failed rescue, it is actually EASIER to pull off total field destruction with torrential tribute than it is with failed rescue.
