You'd have to rely on your opponents for it's effect to not be completely terrible, and relying on your opponent isn't so good. Also, OCG errors. This card gains 700 ATK for each card removed from play by this effect. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to half of the destroyed monster ATK.
