D-Striker
This will be a poll/discussion thread. Please if we do have a court let me start it. I was thinking that YCM should have a court so people can sort out problems with other members. There can be a responsible jorey<---(sorry if I spelled that wrong) or just the public can decide. If it is out of our hands we might have a mod step in. Please tell me what you think on my idea!
Atomix
It would be too complicated with hundreds of people falling out and trying to sort it out in one thread.

Negimalevolent
It WOULD be biased, perhaps just the mods could be the jury...
evilhorus
Maybe only reasonable arguements allowed? Obvi, but if youre a mod, and your in the Jury (<< Yes it would be Biased. But maybe Mods would be the only ones in the jury? maybe make it like this. One mod is a complaint receiver. He gets PM's from the people who have an arguement to settle. If the arguement is reasonable, the mod can send it on to the jury. but to avoid "biased" (whatever), instead of this: Dannyboy9876: Youre a n00b Random n00b: No, you are!! Obviously, this is a terrible arguement, but its just an example. Change that^^ to this: Person 1: Youre a n00b Person 2: No, You are!! _________ NOw that was probably complicating - I probably am the George Bush for YCM. I think we need a court. Skuldur
Having the mods as the jury wouldn't remove any bias' date=' because they're just as biased as any other members. The whole court idea is stupid. But in case that they do make a court... I'm innocent I tell you! Innocent! I've been framed! Where's my lawyer!?[/quote'] And the noobs would be banned for spamming. Guest Star
It WOULD be biased' date=' perhaps just the mods could be the jury...[/quote'] Most of the mods are incredibly biased. That would be a ridiculous decision.
.Requiem
I think it would be funny watching a bunch of noobs argue who's cards are better.
OMGAKITTY
I don't see the point. Wouldn't it end up being like....a n00bish version of debates? What is a legitimate thing you'd have to bring before a jury, on a forum? -_____-Issues can already be handled by the respective mods of the respective subforums. It would probably end up being full of people whining about spam.

Holy Babylon
*sighs* No, that would be really childish. I believe that the internet should be continued in its facist way which is usually shuned by most of the world, seriously.

「tea.leaf」
Mods are likely to be just as biased. We need to have a roulette of members for choosing jurors. A random selection is of the utmost importance, especially those without ties to the accuser/accused. If we can fairly select a jury for each case, I don't see how bias would be an issue. Catman25
Yes, if no-bias peoples are chosen, then it could be fair. Who would be the judge?

Who would be the judge?[/quote'] Someone of clear and insightful disposition. I kind of feel anyone who would be chosen would be biased against lower level members. And if it's a case between two lower level members, it's probably not worth bringing in front of someone else, because it's probably stupid. But then, I think most arguments here are idiotic. D-Striker
Right now most people like my idea. There wouldn't be sueing for whos card is better or anything. What do the mods think of this?
