Newest card: Effect:This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster cannot be Special Summoned, except by Tributing 2 Spellcaster-Type monsters. This monster's ATK is equal to the combined ATK of the Tributed monsters. Once per turn, you can add 1 Level 3 or lower non-Tuner monster from your Deck to your hand. You must pay 400 Life Points during each of your End Phases. If you cannot, destroy this card. During your End Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, you can pay 200 Life Points, to draw 1 card.
