Each participant must submit one Effect Monster card, again based around anime. This doesn't need to be the same show that your first set was, but it can be if that helps. Only the one card is necessary (please do not post more than it) and will be judged on a new 10 pt. scale. Highest score gets first, other gets second. New Point Scale:Picture: 3 ptsOCG/Effect/Stats: 4 ptsAuthenticity: 3 pts I myself will be the judge again. The only difference is there is a time limit.
