For this RP, you will take control of a duelist and enter in a Battle City Tournament to be held in New York City. This is an attempt to take Kaiba's Battle City Tournament and make it more like real life and Americanized. In order to join, just fill out the app below.

You are in the Donald Trump Battle City Tournament. Here you will compete with other duelists for the title of the Ultimate Duelist and a check for a million dollars. You will start off with 1 Locater Card. You will need to gather six loctater cards in order to enter in the finals. The first 4 duelists to gather 6 locater cards enters in the finals. The other duelists then are sent to a Duelist Resort to watch the finals.

Tall, jet black hair, shadow amulet, coat like Kaiba's, brown eyes.

Bio: At an early age, Koga travelled the world, seeing all the natural wonders. But what amazed him most were the vast icy wastelands of the polar regions. He then made up his mind to tame and to explore this beautiful wilderness, and all its wildlife. On one expedition, he noticed something glinting in the snow. He investigated, only to find out that it was a deck inside a duel disk, icy cold to touch. As he picked it up, he saw for the first time his duel spirit, and knew that he was destined to have this deck. After that, Koga used this deck to win countless battles, joining the Pro Leagues with success rivalling that of Aster Phoenix. When he gets angry, Koga is able to instill chilling fear into the hearts of his enemies. His cold, uncaring rage makes him a fierce duelist, and he easily defeated all his rivals. After leaving the Pro Leagues, Koga looked at various different Yu-Gi-Oh academies to test their power. He found the North Academy too weak, defeating its Czar easily. After enrolling a Duel Academy for a short time, he joined the latest Battle City Tournament.

Personality: Cold, calculating, usually betrays no signs of emotion, calm, clear-minded.

The duelists gathered as they watched the grand opening of the Battle City Tournament in New York City. Opening Day just so happened to be on Spider-Man Day, so Stan Lee gave a few words to the duelists. Then, Donald Trump cut the ribbon signaling the start of the tournament.

Brody could only look on in anticipation at the opening ceremony. He just wanted to get it over. He had been in several other tournaments before, but none as major as this one. He wondered how he and his most trusted deck would pan out against this multitude of competitors. There would be no turning back, no holding back. "Alright, lets rock and roll." Brody exclaimed to nobody in particular as he awaited his first challenger, whoever that may be.

Vent walked around looking for another duelist and ran into Brody. It was around lunchtime, and Vent had a wager that Brody might be interested in.

 

"Hey Brody, I've got an idea. For fun, how about we duel and loser buys the winner lunch?"

Brody practically broke his neck in turning to the general direction of where a voice had come from. It was Vent. He chucked a bit as his challenge, then nodded in agreement. "So you're competing here too I'm guessing. Alright, I'm up for it. I skipped breakfast just to get here on time, so I'm starving. Lets do this." he answered to Vent.

"I'm up then. I draw." Brody draws his first card from his Deck. "And I think I'll kick things off with the spell, North Star's Guiding Light."

 

"Whenever a North Star monster is summoned to the field, its controller can roll a die, then they get to take that number, multiply it by 100, and that's how many extra attack points it gets on the first turn that its on the field, and since my deck is fully loaded with North Stars, I guess you can say I'll be pressing my luck, so to speak. With that done, I"m summoning the North Star Warrior Apprentice, in attack mode."

 

"Thanks to my spell, I can now roll a die." A die is rolled onto the field, landing on 3. "And it stopped on 3, meaning my Warrior Apprentice gets 300 more attack points this round, bumping her up to 1900. Now attack Dark Blade."

 

So much for a first move. Those two face downs could be a problem. Brody awaited Vent's response to his first attack.

"Not so fast, Mystical Space Typhoon! Now you're power-ups are meaningless! Too bad." Vent awaited Brody's response.

The spell was destroyed, negating the little power boost. The warrior apprentice lost the battle, hence her being destroyed as well, and Brody ended up losing 200 life points from the battle. "No matter." He reached into his hand for two more cards. "I place two cards face down and end my turn. Round two!"

"Now, this spell lets me bring back a monster that was destroyed in battle from my graveyard. So now I re-summon my Warrior Apprentice. On top of that, with this spell, she can't be destroyed in battle again this turn, and with a monster in defense mode, I don't take any more damage."

 

Brody's Life Points: still 5400 (took damage from Jinzo's attack)

 

"Its my turn, Vent, I draw. Now because of my spell's effect I can't summon a monster normally this round, but I can still do this; activate my apprentice's special ability. So by sending her to the graveyard, I can Special Summon the North Star Warrior Princess that's in my hand."

With Jinzo on the field, my traps are useless! Vent has really stepped his game up. I gotta find a way to dispose of Jinzo. Hmm, maybe this'll help...

"Next, I'll equip her with the Blade of Lost Gods, making her 500 points stronger. Now take out his Jinzo!"

 

Brody anxiously awaited Vent's reaction.

Koga was watching from the distance, employing the tactical overviews of other players that had won him previous tournaments. He stood there, with his chilling, unblinking, penatrating icy stare fixed upon the two duelists.
