~/Coolio Prime\~ Posted March 12, 2009 Report Share Posted March 12, 2009 There should be no limit to the amount of Impel counters that can be on a monster, I should be able to place an additional counter on a monster once per turn, and the monster shouldn't be take under control for a temporary amount of time. It's not really meant to be broken up and put in different decks. Unown would have to be the theme of a deck, as only one of them is worthless. You need the whole set. A: Looking at handB: Hand Destruction and SpinningD: Draw power.J: Seriously, a free summon? Removing from play a monster is not that much of a cost. Might wanna change that.
